TRUST IN GOD "THE FATHER" ONLY. The devil is not disguised as the serpent anymore. Oh no, he comes to you disguising as a friend and brethren or family. The Bible says, 2 Corinthians 11:14 King James Version 14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. He tried to deceive Jesus by coming to Him as an angel sent from heaven. Remember Judas was one of Jesus's disciples, and he betrayed his Master. God says this, Jeremiah 17:5 King James Version 5 Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. And for a very good reason. The way that Jesus defeated Satan in the wilderness, is by not getting into a controversy with him, and trusting in His Father and nothing or no one else. The moment we start getting into a controversy with him, he has us. We have nothing to prove to him. The Devil has been defeated by God's dear Son, and he knows it, but now, ever since the cross, his mission is to bring down as many people with him as possible, and he will do it by any means that he can, and by using anyone that has not surrendered there will to God, just to get to YOU. Remember that he was the closest angel to God's Son, and he has been in his rebellion for around 6,000 years, so he is for sure really good at his craft. That is why the Bible says, 1 Peter 5:8 King James Version 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Matthew 24:24 King James Version 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. If you think that you are not on his radar, think again. My best advice is to put your trust in God and nobody else, and stay under the shadow of God's wing. God will not let you down. I guarantee it! He has never let me down, not once, and He will not let you down.
