The Blood Of Jesus As A Spiritual Weapon
Just because we see no one in the New Testament use the blood of Jesus as a spiritual weapon against the enemy does not mean it is not a spiritual truth. We do not have a record of any example of a disciple in the New Testament asking God to save a family member and thanking God for months or years until it comes to pass. Yet multitudes today have done just that and seen marvelous answers to prayer as God brings them to faith in Jesus in response to their faith.
Again we see no New Testament example of a believer praying according to Mark 11:24 thanking God for healing or deliverance for months or years until they see their answer to their natural senses. Yet multitudes have seen every kind of sickness, disease, and oppression overcome by a steadfast faith in the word of God as Abraham did, refusing to consider negative circumstances for about 25 years until Isaac was born.
While just using some formula as “I plead the blood” over everything without using faith will not accomplish anything and is to be discouraged yet multitudes of Christians have seen tremendous miracles of protection, deliverance, and healing using the blood of JESUS in faith as a spiritual weapon.
A missionary to Mexico tells how she was stung by a scorpion and cried out for the Blood of JESUS upon it and the poison or swelling could not take hold of her. Again at another time she entered a gate to enter a house not knowing a ferocious bulldog was there and attacked her at her knee to tear her to pieces. She cried for the protection of the blood of JESUS and the dog could not shut its jaws on her to the surprise of the people there.
Another women testified as she was in a hotel lobby alone a man came towards her with intention to carry her off and rape and/or kill her. She said I cover your mind with the blood of JESUS and he said women you are crazy and took off leaving her unharmed! Another woman had consumption and was dying. They prayed for her and she was better but the devil then came back to kill her. Her face turned ashy and death looked like it had struck and her friend said the blood of JESUS. She drew a long breath, opened her eyes and said It is gone! and was well from then on.
The missionary women went to a house that had a dangerous fever as yellow fever and no one would come to help them as they were afraid of it. She cried for the protection of the blood of JESUS and stayed with them all that day and never had a sign of the fever! Demons have been known to say in deliverance sessions that they hate the blood of JESUS because they know it has power over them and want to keep the saints of God blind ignorant and oppose this truth.
Do not stand on judgment day answering why you opposed this weapon against the enemy that God has given us. As God has highly exalted His Son who died and shed that precious blood without blemish and spot for our healing, protection, and deliverance. "And they overcame him [the devil] by the blood of the Lamb" Revelation 12:11.
I myself have had like 50 or more dreams by the Holy Spirit showing me to use the blood of Jesus in faith as a spiritual weapon in warfare against the devil and enemies coming after me.
I've seen it applied on sickness by faith and seen major results. I myself have seen major results in prayer and using it as described above and as the Lord guides. We have many spiritual weapons to use in spiritual warfare, healing protection, and deliverance. The word of God, The name of Jesus, Fasting, Faith, Using the blood of Jesus in faith, Prayer in Faith. Binding the devil in Jesus name and blood in faith.
Everything has to be done in faith when using prayer and our spiritual weapons otherwise they are not effective. The results speak for themselves and if God is honoring it and the devil flees let us use this powerful weapon in faith!
