I am mid way through training to sit for the National Board Certification exam to become a certified health and wellness coach. I will be seeking 50 individuals who desire to work with a coach to improve their health and wellness. One 20 minute session will be free of charge and you will not only discover more about yourself but will be assisting me in qualifying to sit for the 4 hour exam in July.
