During the offering message at church this morning, i received this from the Holy Spirit: I know there are those that are followers of Christ that have a problem with giving or giving the way they are called to give. Let me ask a question; what if God gave to us that we give to Him? Does it not all belong to Him? Well, you were bought with a price, that means that you belong to Him, and everything that concerns you belongs to Him. So, let me ask; why do sons and daughters of the Most High, want to hold back on their giving or don’t want to even allow the Holy Spirit lead them in what they should give? Could it be, they are concerned with having enough to take care of themselves? The Word clearly tells us that the Father will meet EVERY need, according to His riches in glory by Yeshua the Christ (because of what He did on the cross) (Matthew 6:33). It also, says in the book of Malicai 3:8-11 ““Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the Lord of hosts;” (NKJV‬‬). Not only will you be a blessing, but you will be blessed above what you can receive. Oh yeah, how about the devourer that crouches at you and your family’s door. The Father will rebuke him, and keep him from overtaking you as well. Maybe we should seek to not only love like the Father, but to give like Him as well. Blessings 🙌🏻
