You will never find in scripture where Yeshua argued with demons, even or raised His voice (as far as I can tell). He simply took authority over them and they obeyed.
Well preacher that was Yeshua and we’re not Him. Oh really? You might want to reread John 14:12. And He certainly didn’t call a group together to act like they are pulling demons out of someone that (that has never set right with me). I have never read were it took a whole group of people, yelling and screaming for the demons to come out, although I don’t see anything wrong with more than one person working together, but there must done in order, or there will be confusion and demons will feed into that. You’ve got to know who you are in the trenches with.
Do you think the enemy won’t use someone that is not where they are supposed to be spiritually, maybe operating in hidden sin?
I truly think that there has been some teaching that has come forth in the past, that just didn’t line up scripturally.
Dont get me wrong, spiritual warfare is very real, but you must also realize that even though demons have been around a lot longer than we have, they’ve themselves have been lied to as well, in believing they hold the power.
Bottom line, each of us that are sons and daughters of the Most High, have authority over the demonic. They are no match for the believer that is walking in that authority (Luke 10:19, but you had better not get into that battle half stepping!
