Verily, verily, I say unto you, "He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
(8) Promise of unlimited answers; chief and of prayer and the Christian's power of attorney
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
9 Faith that rests on the Word of God, not sight
Saint John 20:29-31 Je'sus saith unto him, Thom'as, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed; blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
10 Purpose of John's gospel
And many other/signs truly did Je'sus in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book:
But these are written/ that ye might believe that Je'sus is the Christ, the son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Saint John 8:47 He that is of God heareth God's words; ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.
