To those who fall into sin, the church has a duty, to warn, to instruct, and if possible to restore. “Reprove, rebuke, exhort,” the Lord says, “with all long-suffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2. Deal faithfully with wrongdoing. Warn every soul that is in danger. Leave none to deceive themselves.
Call sin by its right name. Declare what God has said in regard to, LYING, SABBATH BREAKING, stealing, idolatry, and every other evil. “They which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Galatians 5:21. DA 805.4
Exodus 20:16, “You shall not bear false witness (tell lies) against your neighbor. (Emphasis added)
Obedience is the highest form of WORSHIP--How to worship God in SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
IN SPIRIT---John 4: 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
IN TRUTH---1 John 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
Psalms 119: 151 Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.
PLEASE NOTE:
This isn't about the day we 'worship' God, as we should worship God every single day of the week.
This is about ONE specific day, that God has set aside, and SANCTIFIED for HOLY USE. There is only ONE day, that God has ever 'sanctified', and ' blessed', and that is the seventh day SABBATH, that today is called SATURDAY.
It is man who replaced ( Dan 7:25) the seventh day Sabbath, with Sunday, not God, so who are you going to follow? God or man?.
Satan wants the worship and adoration that only belongs to God the father and Jesus Christ the son. And while he is happy, that the majority of the world is entertained by sin keeping Sunday, (1 John 3:4) he hates seeing Christians worshipping God alone and keeping the law of His universal government.
No one has yet, received the mark of the beast. The testing time has not yet come. There are true Christians in every church, not excepting the Roman Catholic communion.
None are condemned, until they have had the light and have seen the obligation of the fourth commandment. But when the decree shall go forth enforcing the counterfeit sabbath (Sunday), and the loud cry of the third angel shall warn men against the worship of the beast, and his image, the line will be clearly drawn between the false and the true. Then those who still continue in transgression, will receive the mark of the beast. Mar 211.5
If the light of truth has been presented to you, revealing the Sabbath of the fourth commandment, and showing that there is no foundation in the Word of God for Sunday observance, and yet you still cling to the false sabbath, refusing to keep holy, the Seventh Day Sabbath, which God calls “my holy day,” you receive the mark of the beast.
When does this take place? When you obey the decree that commands you to cease from labor on Sunday and worship God, while you know that there is not a word in the Bible showing Sunday, to be anything other than a common working day, you consent to receive the mark of the beast, and refuse the seal of God. Mar 211.6
In a little while, every one who is a child of God, will have His seal placed upon him. O, that it may be placed upon our foreheads! Who can endure the thought of being passed by when the angel goes forth to seal the servants of God in their foreheads? Mar 211.7
