Good morning to everyone. Grace and peace be with you.
Yesterday evening I did a video on Hebrews 4:15. It was a compacted and hillbilly sharing of how blessed we are. In uploading the video to the three sites that I post in, the first two went up without a hitch. However, the one site that was designed for such a message gives me headaches each time I try to upload a video directly. In fairness, this site is newer, and I am sure there are bugs to work out, but it is quite annoying. After taking it in a different direction, and sleeping on it, this morning I realized that this particular site is reaching people, and the enemy is not happy. I am reaching people, and he is not happy. Because I am able to post on the worldly site is because he owns that site, and he does not believe that I am making a difference. However, to promote and allow continued growth of something that he cannot control, well that is just not in his wheelhouse of compliance. I tried several times to upload that video directly and each time I was given an error message right at the end. Imagine that. I was able to get the video on my page on that site, but the time that it took was far longer than it needed to be.
Apparently, the enemy has ADDOST also, because he keeps forgetting that I am a stubborn cuss and will keep hitting the same nail even though it has already bent over. I will just add another nail and try again.
I have been given a mission to reach people, as many as will listen, to simple truths. Truths of His love. Truths of my failures and yet He still loves me. Truths of blessings. I have been given a mission to use my stories to tell His stories. I have been given a mission to be a voice of His word. I am not pastor, minister, priest … I am not an appointed apostle…. I am a disciple. I am a follower of the One who gives me peace. I am a follower of the One who brings me joy. I am a follower of the One who loves me unconditionally. I am a follower of the One who saved me and has promised me eternal life. My life is not perfect. My life is not smooth. My life has enough rough terrain to give the Iron Man race a run for its money, however, my life is blessed with Joy, Peace, and Love. What more can I ask for?
When you have been given a task by the Father, do not be distracted by obstacles. In fact, embrace them because that means that the enemy is afraid of what you are doing.
Today is His day. Meet Him today in your church of choice. Sit with Him and discuss his plan. Tell him about your struggles. Listen to his words of love and encouragement. Stay strong. WE are the church. We are his disciples. We are powerful in His name.
