Good morning to everyone. Grace and peace be with you.

What a beautiful day today is starting to be. I slept solid and restful. My husband was blessed with a full night in the bed. There were no potty marks from the dog. My new coffee maker is working exceptionally well. My only annoyance is my bangs will not cooperate…but that is okay…they will be shellacked soon enough. Haha.

I am blessed with another day of fun and games with my grandchildren before I take them home. My story was submitted yesterday, and wouldn’t you know it, just as I hit submit…I noticed a typo … ‘in the title’. I laughed.

Our women’s bible study is learning about the attributes of God. To be honest, I had never really broken Him down like this. Though I have been cliff note studying for most of this study, I have found that He is so much more than I even given him direct credit for. Not that I didn’t believe it was so, but I never thought of Him in these direct manners. To me He has always just been God…everything.

However, when you break him down into his attributes: eternal, faithful, good, merciful, omnipotent, omnipresent, gracious, holy, incomprehensible & transcendent, omniscient, patient, self-existent, immutable, infinite, jealous, self-sufficient, sovereign, truthful, just, loving, wise, wrathful, you will see an even more precious and powerful God. It is humbling.

I would encourage you today to just pick one of the attributes and spend some time learning its meaning and how it applies to him. After searching its definition, look up where it is mentioned in the bible and read where it is applied. Then, think and pray about how it is applied to you. It is life changing.

Though I have been flying by the seat of my pants in this study, He convicted me to be serious and I was quickly schooled. This week, I have been a better student, and my eyes have been opened. I encourage you to see how wonderful, loving and just our God is.

Be blessed today my friends.

***Not only was the Teacher wise, but also he imparted knowledge to the people. He pondered and searched out and set in order many proverbs. The Teacher searched to find just the right words, and what he wrote was upright and true.—Ecclesiastes 12:9-10
