What is love?
Yeshua rode in to Jerusalem riding on a donkey. The people cried out Hosanna, blessed is He Who comes in the Name of the Lord.
What is love? He already knew that many would later be crying out “crucify Him.” One day they praised Him, then in a few days they would mock Him and spit on Him.
What is love? He chose to go to the cross to die a brutal and horrific death because His love outweighed their sin.
What is love? Yeshua, hanging from a cross where He made the sacrifice for all those that mocked Him, as well as you and I.
What does He do? He cries out to the Father; forgive them, they know not what they do. That same sacrifice, the same blood that was shed that day, and the fact that He became every sin that could ever be imagined, and He did it for you and I.
That is love!
