I battle with intrusive thoughts badly, they get really intense and come out of nowhere often and I also have an online shopping addiction that I can't get rid of, I've been praying for God to reveal to me what the root cause of it is but other than that I don't know what else to do I just needed to tell someone, please keep me in your prayers.
