Morning, April 27th

Read: John 4:23-24

God seeks true worshipers. He looks for people who want to praise Him in an honest, heart-to-heart way. He gives us His Spirit to help us worship in our search (Philippians 3:3; Jude 20; Romans 8:26-27). Most of all, He wants us to worship Him in a way that honors Him and comes from the heart, and on the day He commanded in Exodus 20:8-11

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank you for your Holy Spirit, who is praying for us right now to make this prayer perfect. My heart races when I think about the fact that you not only know me but also want me to be with you. Please accept my weak words and hear the emotion in my heart as I say, "Thank you!" for everything you've done for me. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
