Your adversary is easily defeated but first you must know who he is within you and that is everything that is opposite to O'God, good, know thyself that thou may better thyself in goodness and righteousness, the holiness will come, weaken the bad within and focus on the good until he can be deminished within, but, he is always there trying to make you trip up and stumble that he can begin to influence you once again - Seek Christ and Be Strong In Him.
