As a result of numerous cases involving several transgender people that did not reveal that they are the same biological sex of the person they are spending personal time with, the Supreme Court of the United States has overturned a lower court decision by ruling 6-3 that Transgenders must let a person know that they are the same biological sex of the person they want to spend personal time with, beforehand.
