Many years ago, I read one of my heroes of faith Dietrich Bonhoeffer comments in a daily devotional , I have found it a true reminder of what is needed in our Churches today. The quote "The Church does not need brilliant personalities, but Faithful servants". This quote has stayed with me for many years. It is sadly very true.
