🙏 The gifts 🎁 of the Holy Spirit are truly amazing! The "experiences" of encountering God's presence are awe-inspiring and something we should desire and ask for. However, let us not forget that all of this is meaningless if we don't truly know Christ Jesus. As Paul once stated, "that I may know him [Christ] and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death..." The second half of this statement may not sound as exciting, in fact, it may not sound appealing at all! But to truly know Christ is to also partake in his suffering. It's not always about the goosebumps and all the good stuff! 🙌
