Listening to Pastor Jerry Spenser last night teaching on the end times.
I heard the Holy Spirit ask; are you as excited about doing my work on earth, as you are about the coming of Yeshua?
What I received from his message was this; we shouldn’t be focused on what’s going on around us, as much as we should just be prepared. We shouldn’t be focusing on the return of Yeshua, more than the lost. That fact is already established and will take place. Our focus should be on spreading the gospel to those who are lost and live a life that gives hope to others.
When we spend all of our time looking for the return of Christ, then we will miss opportunities as to why we are here. What I’m getting is; keep your lamps full because the bride groom is coming, but also focus on the work that we have to do before Yeshua returns.
Remember, if you are truly a follower of Christ, then your ticket to Heaven has already been punched, but are we concerned with those who are lost, with a ticket to hell, if they die.
