Is there a second experience with the Holy Spirit; receiving and being baptized in?

There are some denominations that preach you receive the Holy Spirit during salvation only, but there is not a separate experience of being baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Let's take a look at what scriptures has to say on this subject.

Ephesians 1:13-14 reads like this:

“In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.”

In the Greek, being sealed means:

* Authentication and confirmation
* Ownership
* Security and protection

Once you receive salvation through Jesus, you are marked, and sealed by the Holy Spirit, and He dwells within you.

So, why is there a second experience of being baptized in the Holy Spirit?

In Acts 2:4 it reads:

“And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

They were filled with the Holy Spirit because they were believers, but during the time in the upper room, the power of the Holy Spirit came and filled them with power.

In this passage, [filled with the Holy Spirit] in the Greek is translated:

Filled up completely or to be fully furnished and equipped.

In these two passages of scripture, we find two separate experiences in receiving from the Holy Spirt.
‭‭We receive the Holy Spirit at our new birth (salvation). We could not have a relationship with the Father without the Holy Spirit.
There is however, a call on our life to be a demonstration of the Father and a reflection of Christ.
The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers us to walk in the authority of Christ and that signs, wonders and miracles would operate through our lives, to show forth the power of our Father. The Holy Spirit also gives us power to walk in obedience.

Yes, we receive the Holy Spirit at salvation but it is the baptism of the Holy Spirit that empowers us from within to fulfill the call that is upon each of our lives, and to do the works of the Father.
