"Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place?
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god." Psalm 24:3-4

This is not about anyone talking it's about God's basic rules of engagement into his future new kingdom.
It's very clear that no unclean or bloody hands shall enter into the presence of God,
No wickedness or impure heart shall smell God's presence,
No idol worshipper or taking of oaths before evil shrine shall be part of that future kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. God has set a standard in which he wants to do away with all wickedness. If you are still living a wicked life, it's time to repent and surrender your life to Jesus Christ, if you are still bragging about your idol-god, it's time to repent and come back to God through Christ. If you are still having grudges against someone, you find it difficult to forgive your offender, your heart is impure, simply purify your heart by repenting from sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord. Are you still swearing in the name of any evil oracle? It's time to come to the knowledge of the Truth, repent today before it's too late.

Remember, God has set a standard for those who wish to make heaven, it's not a man made policy where corruption could prevail, it's God himself who sets the standard as a means of screening those whom he has called through his son, Jesus Christ.
