When you tell the Father that you surrender your will, and ask His will to be done in your life. You had better buckle up butter cup! You will be tried by fire and tested by the devil. Surrender must cost you everything. When you make that choice, merely exsisting will come to an end. This will be the beginning step to life, and life more abundant.
Just know that even though the process may be (most likely will be) difficult, it will only be temporary. Your faith will grow and become stronger than it's ever been. Your life in Christ will become more powerful that you may demonstrate the attributes of the Spirit of God and become a reflection of Christ.
When you choose to lay your life down so that Christ may live through you, you will become an exact reflection of what He did for you.
The result? Your choice of surrender will ultimately cause you to live a life to bring honor and glory to the Father.
