Heavenly Father, As we start this Thankful Thursday morning, we come to you with grateful hearts. We thank you for waking us up to see the beauty of a new day and for the gift of life. Thank you for your everlasting love, mercy, and grace that sustains us each and every day.
We are reminded of your words in Psalm 118:24, "This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." May we never take for granted the blessings and opportunities that this day has in store for us.
We are thankful for your provision and for meeting our needs. Help us to use the resources you have given us to bless others and bring glory to your name. We are also grateful for the people in our lives who bring joy, support, and encouragement. May we be a blessing to them as they have been to us.
Father, we also want to lift up those who are struggling and may not see this day as a reason to be thankful. May they feel your presence and know that you are with them, comforting and providing for them.
As we go about our day, help us to have grateful hearts and to remember to give thanks for all things, as your goodness is evident in every moment. Teach us to be mindful of the little things that often go unnoticed, and inspire us to share our gratitude with others.
