Jacob came to Peniel walking on two strong legs, functioning as they should. But after his divine encounter, he left with two things:
1. The Blessing
2. A Dislocated Thigh
This raises a sobering question: Could it be that not every breakthrough is God’s breakthrough? and not every breaking comes from the devil?
Only the spiritual man can discern the difference and judge all things from God’s perspective (1 Corinthians 2:15).
Does God always break us to bless us? Sometimes, yes. For in the breaking, He births dependence, and in the blessing, He secures destiny.
