God’s Plan to Redeem, Reconcile, and Rebuild

From the very beginning, God's heart has been restoration.

When humanity turned away from Him and the world became marked by sin, brokenness, injustice, and suffering, God did not abandon His creation. Instead, He set in motion a plan to redeem what was lost, reconcile people back into relationship with Himself, and rebuild a world reflecting His love, justice, and peace.

This story begins with a man named Abraham.

God called Abraham to leave everything familiar and follow Him into the unknown. He promised, "I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you, and through you all the families of the earth will be blessed." Though Abraham could not see the future, he trusted God's promise and stepped out in faith.

The promise continued through his son Isaac and then to his grandson Jacob. Jacob's life was far from perfect. He struggled, failed, and often tried to control things himself. Yet God never gave up on him. After a life-changing encounter with God, Jacob received a new name—Israel—and became the father of twelve sons whose descendants formed the twelve tribes of Israel.

Through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, God began unfolding His great rescue plan. They were ordinary people with flaws and failures, yet God remained faithful to His promises.

And the promise was never meant for them alone.

God's purpose was always bigger than one family, one tribe, or one nation. His plan was—and still is—to bring blessing, healing, and salvation to all peoples everywhere.

The story of Abraham points forward to Jesus Christ, through whom God's plan to redeem, reconcile, and rebuild reaches its fulfillment.

The God who remained faithful to Abraham is still faithful today. He is still restoring lives, reconciling people to Himself, and rebuilding what sin has broken.

Jesus said, “Go into all the world.” But much of that world is still waiting.

Millions have never heard the name of Jesus. The call remains. The need is urgent.

Will you pray, send, or go?
