Some pastors proudly celebrate decades in ministry, yet those same decades are stained with hidden affairs, broken vows, and spiritual abuse. Instead of repentance, there are stages, microphones, and standing ovations. Instead of accountability, there are excuses, cover-ups, and silence from fellow leaders. This is hypocrisy at its loudest. A pastor who cannot be faithful in private has no business being celebrated in public. When the church rewards charisma over character, it becomes complicit in the sin it refuses to confront. Years in ministry mean nothing if those years are marked by deception, infidelity, and a lack of fear of God.
