• Acts 19:

    "1 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
    2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
    3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.
    4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
    5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
    6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
    7 And all the men were about twelve.
    8 And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.
    9 But when divers were hardened, and believed not, but spake evil of that way before the multitude, he departed from them, and separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus.
    10 And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.
    11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
    12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.
    13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
    14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
    15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
    16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
    17 And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
    18 And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.
    19 Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.
    20 So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.
    21 After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there, I must also see Rome.
    22 So he sent into Macedonia two of them that ministered unto him, Timotheus and Erastus; but he himself stayed in Asia for a season.
    23 And the same time there arose no small stir about that way.
    24 For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen;
    25 Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth.
    26 Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands:
    27 So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.
    28 And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
    29 And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre.
    30 And when Paul would have entered in unto the people, the disciples suffered him not.
    31 And certain of the chief of Asia, which were his friends, sent unto him, desiring him that he would not adventure himself into the theatre.
    32 Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.
    33 And they drew Alexander out of the multitude, the Jews putting him forward. And Alexander beckoned with the hand, and would have made his defence unto the people.
    34 But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
    35 And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?
    36 Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly.
    37 For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess.
    38 Wherefore if Demetrius, and the craftsmen which are with him, have a matter against any man, the law is open, and there are deputies: let them implead one another.
    39 But if ye inquire any thing concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly.
    40 For we are in danger to be called in question for this day's uproar, there being no cause whereby we may give an account of this concourse.
    41 And when he had thus spoken, he dismissed the assembly."

  • Acts 18:

    "1 After these things Paul departed from Athens, and came to Corinth;
    2 And found a certain Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, lately come from Italy, with his wife Priscilla; (because that Claudius had commanded all Jews to depart from Rome:) and came unto them.
    3 And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupation they were tentmakers.
    4 And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
    5 And when Silas and Timotheus were come from Macedonia, Paul was pressed in the spirit, and testified to the Jews that Jesus was Christ.
    6 And when they opposed themselves, and blasphemed, he shook his raiment, and said unto them, Your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: from henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.
    7 And he departed thence, and entered into a certain man's house, named Justus, one that worshipped God, whose house joined hard to the synagogue.
    8 And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing believed, and were baptized.
    9 Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace:
    10 For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.
    11 And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
    12 And when Gallio was the deputy of Achaia, the Jews made insurrection with one accord against Paul, and brought him to the judgment seat,
    13 Saying, This fellow persuadeth men to worship God contrary to the law.
    14 And when Paul was now about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:
    15 But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look ye to it; for I will be no judge of such matters.
    16 And he drave them from the judgment seat.
    17 Then all the Greeks took Sosthenes, the chief ruler of the synagogue, and beat him before the judgment seat. And Gallio cared for none of those things.
    18 And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow.
    19 And he came to Ephesus, and left them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews.
    20 When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not;
    21 But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if God will. And he sailed from Ephesus.
    22 And when he had landed at Caesarea, and gone up, and saluted the church, he went down to Antioch.
    23 And after he had spent some time there, he departed, and went over all the country of Galatia and Phrygia in order, strengthening all the disciples.
    24 And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
    25 This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.
    26 And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
    27 And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace:
    28 For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ."

  • The greater sabbats are: Samhain (Halloween or November Eve), the Celtic New Year; the days when the walls between the worlds were said to be thinnest and when contact with one’s ancestors took place; Oimelc (February 1), the winter purification festival…Beltane (May 1), the great fertility festival…. Different Craft traditions…treat the festivals in diverse ways. But almost all traditions at least celebrate Samhain and Beltane.

  • Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    Ephesians 6:11 ɴᴋᴊᴠ

    This is an imperative: a clear call, “Put on,” and a reason, “that you may be able to stand!”—to stand up to the one whose evil work Martin Luther has described in one of his songs as follows: “His craft and power are great, and armed with cruel hate, on earth is not his equal.” The devil, the deceiver, has not changed. And we will not be able to stand up to him if we do not obey the call: “Put on the whole armor of God!”

    All parts are necessary. First of all we are to be girded with truth: this is the knowledge of biblical truth, but also a truthful, sincere life. Then the breastplate of righteousness. Righteousness here signifies living in a righteous way, so that everyone gets what is due to them: God first, but also our fellow human beings. This gives us a clear conscience, and our heart is protected by the breastplate.

    Standing firm requires the right “shoes”: the preparation of the gospel of peace. We go our way with an attitude that radiates the peace that we possess, and we are happy to bear witness to this peace.

    We hold before us the shield of faith: the daily practical trust in a God who is good, in a Father who loves us. In this way, we remove all the doubts that Satan would like to tempt us with. The helmet of salvation allows us to go our way in the certainty that our salvation is secure in Christ and in His accomplished work.

    Lastly, we read about our two fundamental tools, which are the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God—which is used both for defense and offense—and prayer, the constant connection to God, who is our strength.

    Frank Ulrich

    Soldiers of Christ, arise, and put your armor on,
    Strong in the strength which God supplies through His eternal Son:
    Strong in the Lord of Hosts, and in His mighty power,
    Who in the strength of Jesus trusts, is more than conqueror.

  • SATAN’S PARADISE” — David R. Dee July 5, 2026
    Core Thesis
    • The document argues that Satan’s ultimate goal is the elimination of humanity and the removal of mankind’s God-given dominion over Earth.
    • It presents human history as a conflict between Satan’s efforts to destroy humanity and God’s plan of redemption through Christ.
    Key Arguments
    • Adam and Eve’s temptation is framed as Satan seeking human death and rebellion rather than human divinity.
    • Modern movements and ideas—including environmental catastrophe narratives, abortion, transhumanism, DEI, LGBTQ themes, gender identity, AI, murder, rape, pedophilia, suicide, ethnic cleansing, and extensive genocide— are presented as tools advancing Satan’s goal of reducing or ending human procreation.
    • The document contends that Satan’s desire for supremacy requires humanity’s decline and extinction.
    Theological Conclusions
    • Christ’s incarnation and redemptive work are presented as the decisive defeat of Satan’s plans.
    • God’s sovereignty over creation and Christ’s ultimate victory are emphasized throughout the essay.
    • The document ends with confidence in Satan’s final judgment and God’s eternal kingdom.
    *************************************************************************************
    Satan’s Paradise is a Planet Earth unpopulated with people! And an unthroned God in Heaven!
    So, what in the world is going on in this present evil age? Satan, that old serpent, wants to have a garden of Eden to slither around in all by himself— getting Adam and Eve kicked out of the Garden is not merely Satan’s “save the planet from humanity mantra,” the liar and murderer has a master plan to carry out by seeing every last man and woman, boy and girl ousted from tending God’s Green Creation and to bring an end to mankind having dominion over the Earth! Satan’s sigh of relief could only come to him when and if the last man and woman standing would come to taking their last breath on Earth, all over the Earth; once and for all! The Old Serpent did not tempt Adam and Eve in order for them to really become “gods!” Satan tempted the man and the woman to disobey God’s Word and Will in order for them to become “dead!” Dead for becoming rebels in God’s Creation as one of God’s creatures.
    It is Satan’s end goal to kill off God’s image bearers, to wipe out the very existence of the whole human race! The Devil is still using the notion of a coming cataclysmic demise of planet Earth due to climate change as one his illusionary environmental disaster devices to make mankind feel guilty for breathing the very air which God, The Creator, intended to fill the lungs of humans with forever, as oxygen is generated from God’s designed process of photosynthesis from the sun’s impact upon plants and foliage in the Earth and from marine phytoplankton in the ocean!
    If the Devil can get mindless and godless people to shout till they starve themselves to death; “conservation, green peace,” all in the name of Mother Earth, and coerce people to cry “save the whales and ban fossil fuels” to free the oceans from human management, then supposedly all will be well. Let human corpses fertilize the Earth. Ironically, if the Devil’s dirty details were to coalesce into the complex culling mechanism of his machination’s, then his most subtle deception would be to convince people to conclude how good human sacrifice is, to die nobly, to keep the rest of creation alive, therefore global suicide would serve to fulfill what Satan has meant all along for evil! The end of the existence of humanity—
    …since the extinction of all other life forms is unthinkable; how could good people be so selfish to desire to live at all costs and exhaust all Earth’s natural resources, consuming them for such an ignoble cause as saving the human race?
    Abortion itself is Satan’s population control conspiracy— less is more! Add to this the Devil’s doctrines and devices of Transhumanism, LGBTQ, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Gender Identity and Artificial Intelligence and Satan’s scheme to rid the ability of human procreation to function is set in place, and voila’— no more hearing the pitter patter of little feet running around. Murder, rape and pedophilia are also fused together by Satan like a massive wrecking ball to smash apart untold numbers of human lives. Certainly, ethnic cleansing and extensive genocide aids and expedites the cause of Mother Earth in ridding herself of her problematic people groups.
    The less human beings to exist, with ultimate human extinction in view, the better the Devil likes his odds of becoming God! For Satan to be more, to be in a preeminent position and to realize ultimate power demands for humans to become less in their dignity and destiny of glorifying God and enjoying Him forever! What really ruined everything for Satan was when GOD THE SON BECAME THE SON OF MAN!
    1 Corinthians 1:30-31
    But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

    BUT GOD, all the while that Satan would wish himself to ultimately be “the god of this age and all the ages to come,” GOD THE FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT have a Divine, Holy, Sovereign Foot crushing down upon Satan’s head! CHRIST ALONE is THE KING of kings, and THE LORD of lords and The Old Serpent’s slithering body will be cast by THE HAND OF THE MESSIAH into the consuming fires of Hell, forevermore! THE PARADISE OF GOD is not up for grabs; it is GOD’S CREATION!
    THE GOD OF THE BIBLE, declares Himself to be THE GOD WHO WAS AND IS AND IS TO COME!
    As Martin Luther put to song…
    A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing;
    our helper he, amid the flood of mortal ills prevailing.
    For still our ancient foe does seek to work us woe;
    his craft and power are great, and armed with cruel hate,
    on earth is not his equal.

    Did we in our own strength confide, our striving would be losing,
    were not the right Man on our side, the Man of God's own choosing.
    You ask who that may be? Christ Jesus, it is he;
    Lord Sabaoth his name, from age to age the same;
    and he must win the battle.

    And though this world, with devils filled, should threaten to undo us,
    we will not fear, for God has willed his truth to triumph through us.
    The prince of darkness grim, we tremble not for him;
    his rage we can endure, for lo! his doom is sure;
    one little word shall fell him.

    That Word above all earthly powers no thanks to them abideth;
    the Spirit and the gifts are ours through him who with us sideth.
    Let goods and kindred go, this mortal life also;
    the body they may kill: God's truth abideth still;
    his kingdom is forever!

    Genesis 3
    Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

    Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
    And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
    Revelation 20
    And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
    And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

    And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
    And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

    SATAN’S PARADISE” — David R. Dee July 5, 2026 Core Thesis • The document argues that Satan’s ultimate goal is the elimination of humanity and the removal of mankind’s God-given dominion over Earth. • It presents human history as a conflict between Satan’s efforts to destroy humanity and God’s plan of redemption through Christ. Key Arguments • Adam and Eve’s temptation is framed as Satan seeking human death and rebellion rather than human divinity. • Modern movements and ideas—including environmental catastrophe narratives, abortion, transhumanism, DEI, LGBTQ themes, gender identity, AI, murder, rape, pedophilia, suicide, ethnic cleansing, and extensive genocide— are presented as tools advancing Satan’s goal of reducing or ending human procreation. • The document contends that Satan’s desire for supremacy requires humanity’s decline and extinction. Theological Conclusions • Christ’s incarnation and redemptive work are presented as the decisive defeat of Satan’s plans. • God’s sovereignty over creation and Christ’s ultimate victory are emphasized throughout the essay. • The document ends with confidence in Satan’s final judgment and God’s eternal kingdom. ************************************************************************************* Satan’s Paradise is a Planet Earth unpopulated with people! The end of the existence of humanity— …since the extinction of all other life forms is unthinkable; how could good people be so selfish to desire to live at all costs and exhaust all Earth’s natural resources, consuming them for such an ignoble cause as saving the human race? 1 Corinthians 1:30-31 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. TITLE: "Grace That Opens Great Doors"

    ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S)

    Esther 2:17 (KJV) "And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti."

    Proverbs 18:16 (KJV) "A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men."

    QUOTE TO REFLECT ON

    "When God's favour rests upon your life and your gifts are faithfully developed, He opens doors that no human effort alone can unlock."

    DAY'S REFLECTION

    God delights in elevating ordinary people for extraordinary purposes. Esther was an orphan with no royal background, yet God's favour distinguished her among many others. Her promotion was not based solely on outward beauty but on the grace and favour that God granted her at the right time.

    The book of Proverbs teaches that a person's gift makes room for him and brings him before great people. God has placed unique abilities, talents, and spiritual gifts within each of us. These gifts are not meant to remain hidden but to be developed and used faithfully for His glory and the benefit of others.

    Consider a young artisan who patiently perfects his craft over several years. Though unnoticed at first, his excellent workmanship eventually attracts the attention of influential people who recommend him for greater opportunities. His skill prepared him, but God's favour opened the door. In the same way, believers should faithfully develop their God-given abilities while trusting the Lord to create opportunities beyond their own efforts.

    Favour is not a substitute for preparation, and preparation is not a substitute for favour. God often combines both to accomplish His purpose. Therefore, remain humble, improve your gifts, maintain integrity, and trust God's timing. When the appointed season arrives, no one can prevent the door that God has chosen to open.

    MEDITATION SCRIPTURE(S) WITH FULL VERSES

    Psalm 90:17 (KJV) "And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it."

    Matthew 5:16 (KJV) "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

    LIFE LESSONS (IMPLICATIONS)

    1. God's favour can elevate anyone He chooses.

    2. Your gifts should be developed with diligence.

    3. Excellence and integrity prepare you for promotion.

    4. Divine opportunities come in God's appointed time.
