longer needed, she was thrown away.

She placed her son under a bush because
she could not bear to watch him die.
She had nothing left.
Not hope. Not strength. Not a plan.
Only tears.
And then — GOD SAW HER.
Not Abraham. Not Sarah.
The slave. The outcast. The abandoned.
God called her by name.
And she gave God a name in return —
