  • One Cross. One Savior. One Hope.

Every religion asks life’s biggest questions.

Why are we here? Why is there suffering? What happens after death? How can we be made right with God?

People from different faiths sincerely seek God, strive to live moral lives, pray, sacrifice, and search for truth. As Christians, we are called to respect every person because every human being is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27). Yet respect for people does not require us to believe that every religious claim is true. Truth, by its nature, cannot contradict itself.

What makes Christianity unique is not simply its teachings about love or morality. Many religions encourage kindness, generosity, and compassion. The heart of Christianity is something no human being could accomplish on their own.

The Bible teaches that every person has sinned (Romans 3:23). No amount of good works, charity, religious rituals, or personal effort can erase our guilt before a holy God. We cannot earn salvation because salvation is a gift, not a reward.

That is where Jesus Christ changes everything.

God did not wait for humanity to climb up to Him. Instead, He came down to us. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, lived a sinless life, willingly died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day. His sacrifice paid the debt we could never pay ourselves.

    As Jesus declared,

“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” — John 14:6 (KJV)

The Christian message is not, “Be good enough and God might accept you.”

    It is,

“You could never save yourself, so Christ came to save you.”

    That is grace.

No other person in history has claimed to bear the sins of the world, die in the place of sinners, rise from the dead, and offer eternal life to all who believe in Him. Christianity stands on the person and work of Jesus Christ.

The cross is where God’s perfect justice and perfect love meet. God’s justice does not ignore sin, and His love does not abandon sinners. Instead, Christ bore our punishment so that all who trust in Him may receive forgiveness and eternal life.

The Bible also reminds believers to speak this truth with humility. Christians are not saved because they are better than others. We are saved because Christ is merciful. The same grace that rescued us is offered to the whole world.

Our world is filled with many voices, many beliefs, and many paths that claim to lead to God. Yet Jesus did not present Himself as one option among many. He presented Himself as the Way.

Every person must answer the same question Jesus asked His disciples:

“But whom say ye that I am?” (Matthew 16:15)

Your answer to that question is the most important decision you will ever make.

Because eternity is not determined by what is popular, but by what is true.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” — John 3:16 (KJV)
