    SERVING OTHERS FOR GOD'S GLORY

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

“You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden." Matthew 5:13-14 NLT

As a believer in the LORD Jesus, shifting attention from self to serving others and making eternal impact that glorifies God, rather than seeking human recognition should be sought after for the Kingdom purpose.
The effects of your accomplishments are best measured by the changes that have occurred in the lives of those whom you have come across as you pass through and minister to humanity. You do not need or have to go seeking commendations or any other form of recognition from men, as though these accomplishments were by your personal efforts, otherwise you would have been rewarded.

Every day is a new opportunity for you to impact your world with your service and make a difference for our LORD Jesus. This is in response to your calling as a Christian, to be 'the salt of the earth', and the 'light of the world.'
It's only with God’s help that you can indeed be the salt of the earth and the light of the world, as He is the one who enables you 'both to will and to do of His good pleasure.' (Philippians 2:13 KJV) as you allow His Spirit to work through you.

One of the best ways to make a difference for the LORD Jesus is by how you live your life. You should endeavour to be 'living Gospel tracts,' seen and read by others.
Your actions and inactions matters and can have significant impacts on those around you, they can be lifted up by how you relate to, and with, but you can also drag them down. Therefore, you need to be careful with your words and always ensure that your actions are in a manner worthy of the calling you have received.

Finally, you must note that your effectiveness as the discples of our LORD Jesus would be evaluated partly by the spiritual growth and development of those around you and those you reached out to.
Therefore, you need to strive to mindfully serve LORD with all you have, and to constantly be asking yourself what you can do to help those around you grow spiritually. This entails removing the attention on yourself and putting your focus on serving others and ultimately glorifying God.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

LORD Jesus, I am grateful for Your mercy upon me. Help me to make a meaningful impact and difference for You in my immediate environment and beyond through my living, actions and inactions to Your glory.

    FURTHER READING:

    Mark 10:43-45; 2 Corinthians 3:1-3; Matthew 5:13-16; Ephesians 4:1; Philippians 2:3-5.

    *1 JOHN 3:1-2.*
1 See what kind of love the Father has given us: We are called God’s children—and that is what we are! For this reason the world does not recognize us, because it did not recognize Him, either.

Through Christ Jesus, believers become sons of God. This is a position of honour because they are now:
    (i) partakers in the divine nature, receiving a new identity and character,
(ii) heirs of God's promises, inheriting eternal life, and
(iii) enabled to experience intimate fellowship with God.
What a great love He lavished on us that we should be called His children to enjoy all the privileges duly belonging to the heirs. In addition, when Christ appears, we shall see Him as He is and be like Him with an incorruptible immortal body. What a privilege!
Are you a member of God's family?
If not, believe in Jesus and live as a bona fide child who knows their rights and privileges in the household.

    *REFLECTION:*
Are you a child of God?

    *PRAYER:*
Thank You, Father, for accepting me to be Your child. Amen.

    *MEMORY VERSE FOR THE MONTH:*
    TITUS 2:11.
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

    *TODAY'S BIBLE READING PLAN:*
    MARK 1-3.

ED.ii. GOD WANTS TO HELP YOU

"People of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious He will be when you cry for help! As soon as He hears, He will answer you." - Isaiah 30:19

This Scripture says that the Lord will help us when we call to Him. When difficulties arise, people either go away from God or to God. When there are problems, when there is a catastrophe, such as during the Second World War, the churches are full again and people start to pray.

However, it is does not necessarily mean that difficulties will always bring people closer to God. On the contrary, it may well be that a person hardens his or her heart, just like King Ahab did. 'Ahab did more to arouse the anger of the Lord, the God of Israel, than did all the kings of Israel before him' (1 Kings 16:33).

Do not forget to consult God

People try to find all kinds of solutions to their problems, but God is not seen as one of the options. So-called Christians visit and participate in paranormal conferences.

Many Christians - and also the government - forget to consult God. They make plans and take their own decisions. However, God cannot help us unless we first ask Him for advice.

If you do not go to the living God with your plans, you are building your house on sand. When a storm comes, your house will be blown away.

If you are in such a state, if you are disappointed and keep thinking about what happened, do what the prodigal son did. He decided to go to his father, who welcomed him with open arms.

The Lord Jesus wants to bless you. He wants to heal you and take you out of your difficulties. He is ready to help you with open arms.

    2. Evening Prayer for today.

    EP.i. Evening Prayer

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if [there be any] wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. ⏤ Psalm 139:23-24

God delights to answer the prayer of faith. ⏤ Samuel Chadwick

Dear heavenly Father, our hearts are filled with gratitude tonight as we think about how wisely You’ve led us this week. It’s been a week full of loving-kindness and tender mercy. You’ve walked with us every day and guarded us every night. You’ve brought us many blessings that will make this week bright in our memory. We’ve met new friends, read new books, had prayers answered, and found new joys. For all these things, we are very grateful.

Look over the record of this week, which is now laid out before You. You see the spots and stains—things we did that we shouldn’t have, and things we left undone that we should have done. Speak forgiveness to our hearts. We also ask for the grace to make the coming week better than this one. We can’t change the past, but we want to make the most of what’s left. Prepare us for the Lord’s Day, and may Sunday prepare us for the new week. Let Your Word search our hearts and reveal anything that’s not right—then make us clean.

Tonight, we pray for Your ministers who are preparing for tomorrow’s work. Fill them with Your Spirit, and lead them to the truth they need to share with Your people. Give them messages that bring life, peace, and comfort. Teach them what You want them to say. Hold them close to Your heart tonight so they’ll be ready for their sacred work. Give them empathy, so they can connect with those they’ll serve. Baptize them with a sense of human need, so they can truly help those who are hungry for the bread of life. We ask all this in Jesus' precious name. Amen.

  • SATURDAY MORNING PRAYER!

“After a Busy Week, Lord, Restore Our Strength, Renew Our Peace, and Refresh Our Souls!”

SCRIPTURE READING — Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

Heavenly Father, in the mighty, matchless, and wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we come before Your throne of grace this Saturday morning with grateful hearts, lifted hands, and a spirit of thanksgiving!

Lord, THANK YOU for bringing us through another busy work week! Through the long hours, demanding responsibilities, unexpected challenges, stressful moments, and battles nobody else knew we were fighting, YOU KEPT US!

When our bodies grew tired, You gave us strength. When our minds became overwhelmed, You gave us peace. When we felt like giving up, Your grace carried us through!

Your Word declares in Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV):

“It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

Father, this morning we lay down every burden we carried throughout the week. We surrender the stress, frustration, disappointment, anxiety, and exhaustion. We refuse to allow yesterday's struggles to steal today's blessings!

Lord, RESTORE what this week has drained!

Restore our physical strength, renew our minds, refresh our spirits, and replenish our joy. Some are physically exhausted, others are mentally overwhelmed, and some are spiritually weary. But Father, we know that You are the God who restores!

Your Word declares in Isaiah 40:31 (KJV):

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Lord, teach us that resting is not weakness, and being still does not mean we have stopped trusting You. Help us understand that we cannot pour into others when we continually neglect the refreshing of our own souls.

Father, we pray for everyone who worked hard this week to provide for their families. Bless the labor of their hands. Open doors of opportunity, provide financial increase according to Your will, and give wisdom to manage every blessing You provide.

We lift up those who are unemployed, underemployed, overworked, underpaid, or struggling to make ends meet. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way!

    Philippians 4:19 (KJV) reminds us:

“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

Father, we also pray for those who are sick, grieving, discouraged, lonely, or silently battling depression and anxiety. Touch their bodies, strengthen their hearts, and remind them that they are never forgotten or abandoned by You.

Lord, cover our marriages, children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, and entire families. Bring peace into our homes, healing into broken relationships, salvation to unsaved loved ones, and unity where division has tried to take root.

As we enter this weekend, help us slow down long enough to recognize Your goodness. Let our homes be filled with love, our conversations with kindness, our hearts with gratitude, and our minds with Your peace.

Your Word declares in Psalm 23:3 (KJV):

“He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.”

Father, prepare our hearts for worship. As we look toward another Sunday, give us a renewed hunger for Your Word, a greater desire for Your presence, and a stronger commitment to walking in obedience.

Lord, let this Saturday be a day of RESTORATION, not frustration; PEACE, not pressure; GRATITUDE, not complaining; and FAITH, not fear!

We declare that the same God who carried us through this week will strengthen us for whatever lies ahead!

We may be tired, but we are thankful!

We may have been tested, but we are still trusting!

We may have faced difficulties, but we are still standing!

And through it all, GOD HAS BEEN FAITHFUL!

Father, we give You all the glory, honor, and praise. Thank You for another morning, another opportunity, another measure of grace, and another chance to experience Your goodness!

In the mighty, powerful, and precious name of JESUS CHRIST, we pray! AMEN, AMEN, AND AMEN!

    Saturday Morning Encouragement...

    Psalm 118:24 (KJV)

“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

    Remember this Saturday morning:

You survived the demands of the week because God's grace sustained you. Don't carry the weight of Friday into the blessings of Saturday.

REST YOUR BODY. RENEW YOUR MIND. REFRESH YOUR SPIRIT. REJOICE IN THE LORD!

HAVE A BLESSED, PEACEFUL, AND RESTORING SATURDAY!

  • PSALM 79 — A CRY FOR MERCY IN THE MIDST OF DEVASTATION

"How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?" — Psalm 79:5 (KJV)

Psalm 79 reveals the anguish of God's people after Jerusalem's destruction.

Their city was devastated, their sanctuary defiled, and their hearts filled with sorrow.

Yet instead of abandoning God, they cried out for His mercy.

This psalm teaches us four important truths:

God welcomes honest prayers during suffering.

Repentance requires humility and acknowledgment of sin.

We can entrust justice to God rather than seeking personal vengeance.

Praise remains possible even when restoration has not yet arrived.

The psalm ends with a beautiful promise:

"So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations." — Psalm 79:13 (KJV)

Even in seasons of devastation, the people of God have a reason to hope.

May we remain faithful, prayerful, and grateful through every challenge.

*REFLECTION — HE IS RISEN! YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER!*

    Beloved, today is October 10 — 10/10!

In our devotional reflection, let us use this memorable date as a reminder to renew our faith, examine our walk with God, and embrace the hope of Christ's resurrection.

Our anchor Scripture takes us to the tomb of Jesus.

The women came expecting to find the body of their crucified Lord. They remembered His suffering, His death, and the place where He had been laid.

But when they arrived, they received an extraordinary message:

“He is risen; he is not here!”

What they expected was not what they encountered.

They came with sorrow but received a message of hope.

They came to a tomb but encountered the announcement of resurrection.

They came remembering death but were confronted with the reality of life.

THE TOMB WAS EMPTY BECAUSE JESUS HAD RISEN!

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation of our Christian hope. It declares that sin and death do not have the final victory.

Therefore, no matter what you are facing today, do not allow despair to write the final chapter of your story.

JESUS CHRIST IS RISEN, AND OUR HOPE IS ALIVE!

    1. 10/10: A UNIQUE DAY TO RENEW YOUR HOPE

Today is a memorable date: 10/10!

Let us use this unique date as a spiritual reminder to return our hearts to God.

Rather than treating the date as a guarantee of miracles or a source of supernatural power, let us make it an opportunity for renewed faith, prayer, gratitude, and obedience.

TEN THINGS TO THANK GOD FOR TODAY

    The gift of life.

The salvation we have through Jesus Christ.

The power and hope of Christ's resurrection.

The gift of our families and loved ones.

God's mercy through our mistakes and weaknesses.

The strength to face life's challenges.

The opportunity to learn and grow.

The people God uses to encourage and support us.

The grace to begin again after disappointment.

The promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

10/10: TEN REASONS TO GIVE GOD THANKS!

You may not have everything you desire, but you can still identify reasons to thank God.

Gratitude does not deny your challenges. It reminds you that your challenges are not the only things present in your life.

TODAY, CHOOSE GRATITUDE OVER GRUMBLING AND HOPE OVER DESPAIR!

    2. THE STONE WAS NOT THE END OF THE STORY

When Jesus was buried, a stone was placed at the entrance of the tomb.

From a human perspective, the story appeared to be over.

The disciples had witnessed His crucifixion.

His enemies believed they had silenced Him.

His followers were confronted with grief and uncertainty.

But God's redemptive plan did not end at the tomb.

The resurrection changed the disciples' understanding of what had happened.

WHAT LOOKS FINAL TO YOU IS NOT BEYOND GOD'S POWER!

Perhaps you are facing a situation that looks like a closed door.

Perhaps a business opportunity has failed.

Perhaps you have experienced disappointment in ministry.

Perhaps a relationship has become difficult.

Perhaps you are praying about your children's future.

Perhaps you are struggling to find direction.

Remember, the resurrection teaches us that God can bring hope into the darkest human circumstances.

This does not mean every problem will disappear immediately or that every desire will be fulfilled exactly as we expect.

It means that, in Christ, we have a living hope that suffering, failure, and even death cannot ultimately defeat.

LORD, RENEW MY HOPE WHERE DISAPPOINTMENT HAS WEAKENED MY FAITH!

    3. STOP LIVING AS THOUGH THE TOMB IS STILL OCCUPIED!

    The angel told the women:

“He is risen; he is not here.”

The tomb was empty because Jesus had risen.

Yet many people continue to live as though their past failures have the final word over their lives.

    Some are imprisoned by guilt.

    Some are discouraged by rejection.

Some have lost confidence because of past mistakes.

Some have allowed disappointment to destroy their expectations for the future.

But the resurrection reminds us that our relationship with God is not defined by despair.

Through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, forgiveness and new life are available.

YOUR PAST MAY EXPLAIN PART OF YOUR STORY, BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE TO CONTROL YOUR FUTURE!

If you have sinned, repent and return to God.

If you have failed, learn from your mistakes.

If you have hurt someone, take responsibility and seek reconciliation where possible.

If you have become discouraged, seek God's strength and the support you need.

If you have lost your way, return to the path of obedience.

THROUGH CHRIST, THERE IS HOPE FOR A NEW BEGINNING!

    4. YOUR SORROW CAN GIVE WAY TO JOY

The women who came to the tomb were carrying sorrow.

They had witnessed the death of Jesus, and they came expecting to find His body.

But the resurrection announcement changed the atmosphere of that morning.

The news that Jesus had risen became the foundation of Christian joy.

Psalm 30:5 declares: “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

Beloved, there may be seasons when you cry.

There may be days when your prayers are mixed with tears.

There may be moments when you struggle to understand your circumstances.

But sorrow does not have to destroy your hope.

The joy we have in Christ is deeper than temporary excitement. It is rooted in the truth that Jesus lives and that God's promises remain trustworthy.

MY JOY IS ROOTED IN THE RISEN CHRIST!

I will not pretend that every challenge is easy.

I will not deny the reality of my struggles.

But I will refuse to let despair become the foundation of my life.

    I will pray.

    I will trust God.

    I will seek wisdom.

I will take responsible steps forward.

And I will remember that Jesus Christ is risen!

    5. THE RESURRECTION IS A MESSAGE OF DIVINE HELP

This is our month of JOY FROM DIVINE HELPER.

The resurrection of Jesus is the supreme demonstration of God's saving power.

Through Christ's death and resurrection, God accomplished what humanity could not accomplish through its own strength: the defeat of sin and the opening of the way to eternal life.

Because Jesus lives, believers can approach God with confidence and receive grace for their needs.

Hebrews 4:16 says “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

    Notice the promise:

“Grace to help in time of need.”

God's help may come through an answer to prayer, wisdom for a decision, strength to endure, provision for a genuine need, or encouragement through another person.

Therefore, do not be ashamed to ask God for help.

    Pray about your family.

    Pray about your ministry.

    Pray about your finances.

    Pray about your health.

    Pray about your future.

And be willing to take wise, responsible steps as God gives you strength and direction.

MY HELP COMES FROM THE LORD!

I WILL NOT FACE MY CHALLENGES WITHOUT SEEKING GOD'S GRACE!

    6. THE RISEN CHRIST CALLS US TO A NEW LIFE

The resurrection is not merely a message to celebrate; it is a truth that should transform how we live.

Romans 6:4 teaches that, just as Christ was raised from the dead, we should walk in newness of life.

Therefore, if we celebrate the resurrection, our lives should reflect its transforming power.

Let us move away from hatred and choose forgiveness.

Let us move away from dishonesty and choose integrity.

Let us move away from destructive habits and seek holiness.

Let us move away from spiritual laziness and become diligent in prayer.

Let us move away from discouraging others and become instruments of encouragement.

Let us move away from selfishness and learn to serve.

BECAUSE CHRIST LIVES, I WILL WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE!

    Today, ask yourself:

What attitude must I surrender to God?

    What habit must I change?

Whom do I need to forgive?

What responsibility have I been neglecting?

How can I become a blessing to someone today?

Do not allow this unique date to pass without making a meaningful spiritual decision.

LET YOUR FAITH PRODUCE VISIBLE FRUIT!

‍‍‍ 7. PRAY FOR YOUR FAMILY

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of my family.

Because Jesus Christ is risen, we have hope beyond our present circumstances.

Lord, strengthen every member of my household.

Where there is discouragement, renew hope.

Where there is misunderstanding, bring wisdom and reconciliation.

Where there is fear, grant courage.

Where there is a genuine need, provide guidance and help.

Where there has been failure, give us grace to repent, forgive, and begin again.

Protect our children and guide them in Your truth.

Help us to build a home where prayer, love, honesty, and faithfulness flourish.

OUR FAMILY WILL CONTINUE TO FIND HOPE IN THE RISEN CHRIST!

    8. PRAY FOR YOUR MINISTRY

Lord Jesus, the risen Saviour, renew my passion for Your kingdom.

Deliver me from discouragement when ministry becomes difficult.

Help me to serve faithfully even when the results are not immediately visible.

Give me wisdom to lead, humility to learn, and courage to proclaim the Gospel.

Help me to minister to people who are hurting.

Let my preaching offer biblical truth and genuine hope.

Let my conduct reflect the character of Christ.

May my ministry point people away from human pride and toward the saving grace of Jesus.

LORD, MAKE MY LIFE A WITNESS TO THE POWER OF YOUR RESURRECTION!

    9. IN YOUR WORK, BUSINESS AND DAILY LIFE

The resurrection gives us hope, but it does not excuse us from diligence and responsibility.

As you trust God for divine help, take practical steps toward your goals.

    Review your plans.

    Learn new skills.

    Manage your resources wisely.

    Keep your promises.

    Treat people fairly.

Seek advice when you need it.

Do not allow one setback to make you abandon every good plan.

If a strategy fails, learn from the experience and consider a better approach.

If you make a mistake, correct it.

If you need assistance, ask for it.

FAITH IN GOD SHOULD ENCOURAGE RESPONSIBLE ACTION, NOT PASSIVITY.

Because our hope is in the risen Christ, we can face tomorrow with courage while remaining faithful in today's responsibilities.

  • Saturday, October 10, 2026 - LOOK HOW FAR GRACE HAS BROUGHT YOU.

OCTOBER THEME: A MONTH OF FRESH HOPE & PURPOSEFUL PROGRESS

SCRIPTURE: - 1 SAMUEL 7:12 “Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.”

Before you complain about how far you still have to go, take a moment to appreciate how far you have come.

Remember the days you thought you wouldn't make it?
The battles you fought silently, the tears you wiped away, the prayers you whispered, and the challenges you never imagined you could overcome?

    Yet, here you are!

Not because every day was easy, but because grace sustained you.

Some doors opened. Others closed to protect you. Some prayers received answers, while others taught you patience. Through it all, God gave you strength to keep moving.

Today, don't focus only on what is missing. Celebrate what remains, appreciate what has changed, and give thanks for the strength to continue.

You may not be where you want to be yet, but you are not where you used to be.

As you embrace this month of Fresh Hope & Purposeful Progress, remember that gratitude gives you the peace to appreciate today while preparing for tomorrow.

Take a deep breath. Smile. Look back without regret, look around with gratitude, and look forward with hope.

Grace brought you this far, and there is still more ahead.

    TODAY'S PRAYER:
Father, thank You for carrying me through every season. Forgive me for the moments I focused so much on what I lacked that I forgot to appreciate what You had already done. Fill my heart with gratitude, my mind with peace, and my future with renewed hope. Help me continue this journey with faith, wisdom, and purposeful progress.

    In Jesus' name, Amen.

    TODAY'S DECLARATION:
I am grateful for how far I have come.
I celebrate the grace that has sustained me.
I release yesterday's regrets and embrace today's blessings.
My heart is filled with gratitude, joy, and peace.
I will not overlook my progress while waiting for perfection.
Grace has brought me this far, and I will keep moving forward with hope!

    Good morning.

  • THE PILGRIMS GUIDE

    SATURDAY OCTOBER 10, 2026

THE POWER AND NECESSITY OF HUMILITY

    A WORD FROM THE WORD:

"God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble." James 4:6 NKJV.

Humility, a part of the essential characteristics of a believing child of God can never be overemphasised. Our LORD Jesus Himself during His life and earthly ministry was humility personified, and He taught on the importance of humility.
'Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, 'God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’ I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.' (Luke 18:10-14 NKJV).

You see, humility is foremost, in being, and then in deed. Your outward appearance may show you off as humble, but the contents of your heart is what determines your humility. And what you may not reckon with is that you may not be aware of it. But your ignorance does not shield you from the consequence, as you will have God's opposition against you to contend with. 'God opposes the proud but shows favour to the humble.' (James 4:6 NIV).

If you want to walk in God's favour today, then humble yourself before Him. It matters a whole lot.

    PRAYER BULLETS:

LORD Jesus, I am grateful for the privilege of learning at Your feet. Help me by Your Spirit to imbibe and live the essentials of humility.

    FURTHER READING:

    Job 22:29; Psalm 138:6; Proverbs 3:34; Matthew 23:12; 1 Peter 5:5.

  • Today, I celebrate another year of God’s faithfulness and grace in my life.

I thank God for every blessing, every lesson, every answered prayer, and even the challenges that helped me grow stronger. Through every season, His love has never failed me.

On this day, I also want to thank all the people who have shown me kindness, support, and genuine love. Thank you for making me feel valued and appreciated. Despite my status/situation, you never made me feel less. Your friendship, encouragement, and acceptance mean more than words can express.

Life has not always been easy, but God’s goodness continues to shine through the people He places around me. I am truly grateful for each one of you.

Thank you, Lord, for another year of life. Thank you, everyone, for being part of my journey. May God bless you all abundantly.

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” — Psalm 107:1

  • How does a Christian business leader balance work and family life? Do you put business or work before your family? If so, then you are putting the cart before the horse. Here are 5 things a Christian leader can do to build his/her family:- (1) Lead at the family altar: Spend time praying together. Children tend to serve the God/god of their parents.(2) Be PRESENT when you are at home: Many people carry their work home without realizing the effect on the family. Put off your phone and engage with the family. Eat together whenever possible. (3) Build with WORDS: Watch what you say at home. Speak blessings over spouse and family (Num.6:24-26). Praise publicly and correct privately.
    (4) Take Them to Church: Show them the importance of fellowship with other believers and being a part of God's family (5) Leave Legacy NOT just Salary: A good man(woman) leaves an inheritance for their children's children(Proverbs 13:22). This should not be just money or assets but also values like respect, integrity and the fear of God.DAY 3: 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge.
