• ***The Mark of the Beast***

This is what I see the Bible says of the mark of the beast:

    Revelation 13:16-18 KJV
And *he (the beast of Revelation 13:11) causeth all*, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, *to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads*: [17] And *that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name*. [18] Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding *count the number of the beast*: for *it is the number of a man*; and his number is *Six hundred threescore and six.*

Here the beast of Rev 13:11 causes all but those whose names are written on the Lambs book of Life to receive a mark on their hands and their foreheads.

    Revelation 13:8 KJV
And *all that dwell upon the earth shall worship* him, *whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world*.

Now where else in the Bible does it speak of receiving a mark on the forheads or in the arms? If this mark is spoken of in the Bible, then the Bible must provide the answer as to what this mark is.

When we examine the scriptures it points us to these scriptures:

    Job 10:14 KJV
*If I sin, then thou markest me*, and *thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity*.

    Hebrews 10:26-27 KJV
For *if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins*, [27] But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

We find that Job says that if a man sins, God will mark him and shall not aquit him of his iniquities. Paul later says that if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for our sins.

Does the Bible give evidence of someone who sinned wilfullyagainst the Lord and received a mark?

    Yes, it does.

    Genesis 4:5-16 KJV
But* unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect*. And *Cain was very wroth*, and his countenance fell. [6] *And the LORD said* unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? [7] *If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door*. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. [8] And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that *Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him*. [9] And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? [10] And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground. [11] And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; [12] When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. [13] And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. [14] Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; *and from thy face shall I be hid*; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. [15] And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And *the LORD set a mark upon Cain*, lest any finding him should kill him. [16] *And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD*, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.

God warned Cain and told him that if he doeth well, he would be accepted and if he did not do well, sin lies at the door. Cain did not take heed to God but rose up against his brother, who had the better sacrifice, and slew him. He sinned willfully after he had received the knowledge of the truth. And God put a mark upon Cain. And after Cain received that mark, it says that Cain went out from the presence of the Lord and that He was hid from the face of the Lord. In other words, the Lord had turned His face from dealing with Cain.

Now, here is an interesting fact, the number of the beast is 666.

There is only one Scripture in the Bible with the number 666:

    John 6:66 KJV
_From that time *many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him*._

It speaks of those disciples of Jesus who, having come face to face with the Truth, chose to walk away from Him and to disbelieve Him. Like Cain, they went out from the Presence of the Lord and were hid from the face of the Lord. I do not think it a coincidence that the verse that speaks of this occurrence is the verse that bears the number of the beast. I believe this is God vindicating what the mark of the beast really is.

  • HOW TO GROW SPIRITUALLY

Spiritual growth is not automatic. Just as a child must eat, learn, exercise, and develop, a Christian must intentionally develop his or her relationship with God.

1 Peter 2:2 — “As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.”

God does not want us to remain spiritual babies; He wants us to mature in faith, character, wisdom, and obedience.

“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” — 2 Peter 3:18

*1. Grow Through the Word of God*
The Word of God is spiritual food. A believer who consistently studies and meditates on Scripture becomes stronger and better equipped to resist temptation.

    Joshua 1:8; Psalm 119:105; 2 Timothy 3:16–17

*Key lesson:* You cannot grow spiritually if you neglect spiritual food.

    *2. Grow Through Prayer*
Prayer builds intimacy with God. The more we communicate with God, the more we understand His will and depend upon His strength.

    Luke 18:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Jude 20

Prayer should not only be about asking for things; it should include worship, thanksgiving, confession, listening, and seeking God's direction.

    *3. Grow Through Obedience*
Spiritual maturity is demonstrated by obedience, not merely by knowledge. Jesus said:

“If ye love me, keep my commandments.” — John 14:15

Knowing God's Word without obeying it will not produce genuine spiritual maturity.

    James 1:22; Deuteronomy 28:1–2

    *4. Grow Through Fellowship*
God designed believers to grow together. Fellowship with mature Christians encourages us, corrects us, teaches us, and strengthens our faith.

    Hebrews 10:24–25; Proverbs 27:17; Acts 2:42

Do not isolate yourself from the church and godly fellowship.

*5. Grow by Producing Spiritual Fruit*
A spiritually mature Christian should increasingly display Christlike character.

Galatians 5:22–23 identifies the fruit of the Spirit as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

The evidence of spiritual growth is not merely how much Bible we know, but how much Christ is seen in our lives.

    *Conclusion*
Spiritual growth requires the Word, prayer, obedience, fellowship, and the Holy Spirit. Do not be satisfied with yesterday's spiritual experience. Keep moving forward.

Ephesians 4:15: “But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.”

    *Ask yourself:*

Am I growing spiritually or remaining at the same level?

How much time do I spend in God's Word?

    Is my prayer life growing?

Can people see the fruit of the Spirit in my character?

Am I becoming more like Christ?

    *Final Thought:*

“Spiritual growth is not measured by how long you have been saved, but by how much you have become like Christ.”

    *Prayer*
Father, help me to grow deeper in Your Word, stronger in prayer, faithful in obedience, and fruitful through the Holy Spirit.

  • Mark 3:10 For he had healed many, so that those with diseases were pushing forward to touch him. What would you do? If you were in a crowd that was listening to Jesus. You had heard the stories that Jesus healed a leper, a man with a shriveled hand who was made whole, a demonized guy now with a sound mind, the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years who was healed after touching the hem of his garment, story after story. Would you be so rude to push your way towards Jesus to touch him and ask for forgiveness later? Why did the Father send Jesus to the earth? Jesus said I come to do the will of the Father (John 6:38). For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. (John 3:17) Jesus went around teaching, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. (Matthew 4:23) Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (Hebrews 13:8) This would mean what He did then, He still does today and tomorrow. So, what are you doing today to push your way to get closer to Jesus? Read your Bible, think about the verses you read. Jesus frequently said "Your faith has made you well".

  • SERMON TITLE: "Hear the Son in the Last Age"
    Key Texts: Hebrews 1:1-2, John 3:30, Acts 26:16, Joel 2:28-31, Revelation 1:1, Proverbs 29:18

    INTRODUCTION
We are in the last days. Hebrews 1:2 — “in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son.”

God showed me 3 VISIONS: Red 7 in the sky, Green 7 on the wall, then a skeleton.
But I’m not here to make you stare at visions. I’m here as a servant to do 2 things:
    Feed His sheep with truth
Testify to what I have seen Him — Acts 26:16

And the one point is: John 3:30 — “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
So today: Don’t look at the sign. Hear the Son.

    1. HEAR THE SON: GOD IS SPEAKING NOW
Joel 2:28 — “I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.”
Revelation 1:1 — “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants...”

The visions are not the message. The Son is.
RED 7 VISION in the sky = The blood of Jesus. The work is finished. The time is complete.

GREEN 7 VISION on the wall = Life from the Spirit. God wants to restore His house.

SKELETON VISION= What’s left when we ignore the Son. Death. Ezekiel 37:11

Proverbs 29:18 — “Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law.”
God gives vision so we don’t wander. But the vision’s purpose is to bring us back to the Word and to obey the Son.

If we chase the vision and miss the Voice, we miss everything.

    2. SPIRITUAL RENEWAL + REVIVAL: COME BACK TO THE WORD
Joel 2:29 — “Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.”

Revival is not hype. It’s when the Spirit brings us back to Jesus.
Psalm 51:10 — “Renew a right spirit within me.”
The Spirit’s job is to testify of Christ. John 15:26

So when God speaks through visions, He’s saying: “Come back to My Word. Come back to My Son.”

    3. REPENTANCE + OBEDIENCE = LIFE + PURITY AS WE WAIT
Joel 2:31 — “before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes.”
The day is near. So what do we do?

Acts 3:19 — “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out.”
John 14:23 — “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word.”
1 Peter 1:15-16 — “be holy in all your conduct, for I am holy.”
1 John 3:3 — “everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.”

We wait for Jesus not by watching the sky, but by washing in the Word and walking in obedience.
Matthew 24:44 — “Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming...”

    4. THE WITNESS: DECREASE SO HE INCREASES
Am Reagan a servant & a witness of Jesus appointed by Jesus himself to feed his sheep with truth of His revelation ( word) & warning from visions He showed to last age.

And to testify of the things ( visions)Has shown me unto living ones in this last age.
Acts 26:16 — “appoint you as a servant and witness to the things in which you have seen me.”

My calling is not a title. It’s to testify.
And the testimony must always end at the cross.
Revelation 19:10 — “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

    CLOSING CALL + PRAYER
Don’t leave here talking about Red 7 or Green 7.
Leave here with one question answered: Have I heard the Son and obeyed Him?

    Prayer:
    Father, speak. We are listening.
Forgive us for chasing signs and missing You.
Pour Your Spirit. Renew us. Give us repentant hearts and obedient feet.
Wash us and make us pure as we wait for Jesus.
Let Jesus increase in us. In His Name, Amen. Revelation 22:20

    Summary to Remember
Visions → to get our attention
The Son → to get our obedience
Result → Awakening, Renewal, Repentance, Purity, Readiness

Proverbs 29:18 — Without God’s vision people run wild. But with His vision we keep His law and we are blessed.

    CLOSING CALL + PRAYER
Don’t leave here talking about Red 7 or Green 7.
Leave here with one question answered: Have I heard the Son and obeyed Him?

    Prayer:
    Father, speak. We are listening.
Forgive us for chasing signs and missing You.
Pour Your Spirit. Renew us. Give us repentant hearts and obedient feet.
Wash us and make us pure as we wait for Jesus.
Let Jesus increase in us. In His Name, Amen. Revelation 22:20

    Summary to Remember
Visions → to get our attention
The Son → to get our obedience
Result → Awakening, Renewal, Repentance, Purity, Readiness

Proverbs 29:18 — Without God’s vision people run wild. But with His vision we keep His law and we are blessed.
SERMON TITLE: "Hear the Son in the Last Age" Key Texts: Hebrews 1:1-2, John 3:30, Acts 26:16, Joel 2:28-31, Revelation 1:1, Proverbs 29:18 INTRODUCTION We are in the last days. Hebrews 1:2 — “in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son.” God showed me 3 VISIONS: Red 7 in the sky, Green 7 on the wall, then a skeleton. But I’m not here to make you stare at visions. I’m here as a servant to do 2 things: Feed His sheep with truth Testify to what I have seen Him — Acts 26:16 And the one point is: John 3:30 — “He must increase, but I must decrease.” So today: Don’t look at the sign. Hear the Son. 1. HEAR THE SON: GOD IS SPEAKING NOW Joel 2:28 — “I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.” Revelation 1:1 — “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants...” The visions are not the message. The Son is. RED 7 VISION in the sky = The blood of Jesus. The work is finished. The time is complete. GREEN 7 VISION on the wall = Life from the Spirit. God wants to restore His house. SKELETON VISION= What’s left when we ignore the Son. Death. Ezekiel 37:11 Proverbs 29:18 — “Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law.” God gives vision so we don’t wander. But the vision’s purpose is to bring us back to the Word and to obey the Son. If we chase the vision and miss the Voice, we miss everything. 2. SPIRITUAL RENEWAL + REVIVAL: COME BACK TO THE WORD Joel 2:29 — “Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.” Revival is not hype. It’s when the Spirit brings us back to Jesus. Psalm 51:10 — “Renew a right spirit within me.” The Spirit’s job is to testify of Christ. John 15:26 So when God speaks through visions, He’s saying: “Come back to My Word. Come back to My Son.” 3. REPENTANCE + OBEDIENCE = LIFE + PURITY AS WE WAIT Joel 2:31 — “before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes.” The day is near. So what do we do? Acts 3:19 — “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out.” John 14:23 — “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word.” 1 Peter 1:15-16 — “be holy in all your conduct, for I am holy.” 1 John 3:3 — “everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.” We wait for Jesus not by watching the sky, but by washing in the Word and walking in obedience. Matthew 24:44 — “Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming...” 4. THE WITNESS: DECREASE SO HE INCREASES Am Reagan a servant & a witness of Jesus appointed by Jesus himself to feed his sheep with truth of His revelation ( word) & warning from visions He showed to last age. Am Reagan a servant & a Witness of Jesus in this Last Age"

    INTRODUCTION
Church, we are living in the last age.
God is speaking again — Hebrews 1:2 — “but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son.”
And He is still pouring out His Spirit — Joel 2:28 — “your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.”

The Lord showed me 3 things( visions): Red 7 in the sky, Green 7 on the wall, and then a skeleton after they vanished.
I’m not here to be called a title. I’m here for one reason: John 3:30 — “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
I am a servant to feed His sheep truth. A witness to testify to what I have seen Him.
And the message is for you now: Awaken. Renew. Repent. Obey. Be pure. Jesus is coming.

    1. AWAKENING: HEAR THE SON-- GOD IS SPEAKING THROUGH THE SON.

Revelation 1:1 — “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place.”

    Proverbs29:18 .. ' without visions people perish."

MESSAGE of the Red 7 vision in the sky — Red speaks of blood. 7 speaks of completion.
This is heaven’s warning: The blood of Jesus has finished the work, and the time is complete. Joel 2:30-31 — “wonders in heavens... before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes.”
God is saying: Wake up. The Judge is at the door. James 5:9

We cannot sleep in sin when heaven is writing in the sky.
Romans 13:11 — “it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.”

    2. RENEWAL & REVIVAL: LIFE ON THE WALL
Green 7 vision on the wall — Green is life, growth, restoration. The wall is God’s house, the boundary of His people. Ezekiel 22:30 — “I sought for a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the breach.”

God is calling for renewal. Not new methods. New hearts.
Psalm 51:10 — “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”
Ezekiel 37:4 — “Prophesy to these bones... O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.”

This is revival: When God’s Word brings life back to dead places.
But it only comes when we return to the Word and the Spirit. Zechariah 4:6 — “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord.”

    3. REPENTANCE & OBEDIENCE: OR THE SKELETON REMAINS
Skeleton vision. ,after they vanished. skeleton vision— When the warning of blood and the offer of life are ignored, what’s left is death.
Ezekiel 37:11 — “These bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up.’”

This is the danger of the last age: Religious, but dead. Revelation 3:1 — “You have a reputation that you are alive, but you are dead.”

The answer is not more activity. It’s repentance.
Acts 3:19 — “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out.”
John 14:23 — “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word.”

Obedience is proof of love. Purity is proof of waiting.
1 John 3:3 — “And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.”
1 Peter 1:15-16 — “As he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct.”

    4. THE WITNESS: TESTIFY OF HIM, NOT OF SELF
Acts 26:16 — “I have appeared to you for this purpose, to appoint you as a servant and witness to the things in which you have seen me.”

This is my calling in the last age. Not platforms. Not titles. Witnesses.
Revelation 19:10 — “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

Every vision, every warning, every sermon must point to Jesus.
John 3:30 — “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
If people leave remembering me, I failed. If they leave hungry for Jesus, I succeeded.

Matthew 24:44 — “Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”

APPLICATION: 4 STEPS TO BE READY
Awaken - Get out of spiritual sleep. Watch and pray. Mark 13:33
Renew - Ask God to revive your first love. Revelation 2:4-5
Repent + Obey - Turn from sin. Walk in the Word. James 1:22
Purify - Live holy as thy God is Holy God.

  • The Advent Truth.
The devil wants you to believe you’ve gone too far. Jesus says, “Come unto Me.”

Maybe you’ve fallen. Maybe you’ve stumbled again. Maybe you’re tired of fighting the same battle. But hear this: the very fact that you’re still fighting is evidence that the Holy Spirit hasn’t given up on you.

Jesus is still your High Priest. He still presents His blood before the Father on behalf of those who come to Him in repentance (Hebrews 7:25; 1 John 2:1-2). As long as there’s breath in your lungs, there’s still an invitation to receive His grace.

Yes, we’re living in serious times. Prophecy is being fulfilled. The world is growing darker. But if all you do is stare at the storm, fear will consume you. Keep your eyes on the One who walks on the water.

Revelation repeatedly says, “To him who overcomes…” The Greek idea isn’t describing someone who never falls. It’s describing the one who keeps overcoming—the one who refuses to quit. Proverbs 24:16 says, “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again.” The righteous are not those who never fall; they’re the ones who, by God’s grace, keep getting back up.

So when Satan whispers, “Stay down. God is finished with you,” answer him with the promises of Christ. Repent. Get back up. Keep walking. Keep trusting. Keep surrendering.

Victory isn’t found in your strength. It’s found in abiding in Jesus.

If you need prayer, you’re welcome to leave a comment (keeping in mind it’s a public forum), or send me a private message or email instead.

Don’t quit now. We’re almost home.

  • Sermon Title: "FEED MY SHEEP, NOT YOUR AGENDA"
    Key Texts: Ezekiel 34:1-10, John 21:15-17, 1 Peter 5:2-4, Hebrews 12:14, 2 Timothy 4:3-4

    INTRODUCTION
The Lord is asking the same question today He asked Peter: “Do you love me? Feed my sheep.” John 21:17
But in this last age, many shepherds have left the sheep to chase the world.
And many sheep have left holiness to chase prosperity.
Both are losing the eternal gift.

    1. WARNING TO SHEPHERDS: YOU LEFT THE HEART OF THE LORD
Ezekiel 34:2-4 — “Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not shepherds feed the sheep? The weak you have not strengthened, the sick you have not healed... and you have not sought the lost.”

God’s heart for His people is:
Feed them the Word, not opinions
Heal the broken, not use them
Seek the lost, not ignore them

But some shepherds today have “given into the world and its things.”
Jeremiah 23:1 — “Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!” declares the Lord.

Why? Because it’s not sanctified. Ministry without holiness becomes business.
John 10:13 — The hireling sees the wolf and flees because he cares nothing for the sheep.

God’s warning: Ezekiel 34:10 — “I am against the shepherds, and I will require my sheep at their hand.”

    2. WARNING TO THE CHURCH: YOU LEFT HOLINESS FOR PROSPERITY
The message says: “saved church not clinging to holiness bcos jealous, hatred, gossip and not obeying the word... itching ears for prosperity gospel instead of soul eager for sanctification gospel.”

This is exactly what Paul warned:
2 Timothy 4:3-4 — “For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.”

Holiness is being traded for hype.
Hebrews 12:14 — “Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.”

Signs of a church that left holiness:
Jealousy and hatred - Galatians 5:19-21 works of the flesh
Gossip - Proverbs 16:28 separates close friends
Disobedience to the Word - James 1:22 “be doers of the word”
Prosperity over the Cross - 1 Peter 2:2 “long for the pure spiritual milk”

When we chase blessings more than the Blesser, we lose the eternal gift: sanctification and seeing God.

    3. GOD’S CALL BACK: RETURN TO THE SHEPHERD
1 Peter 5:2-4 — “Shepherd the flock of God that is among you... And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.”

    To Shepherds:
Repent. Return to feeding, not fleecing. Acts 20:28 — “Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock.”

    To the Church:
1 Peter 1:15-16 — “As he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct.”
Holiness is not legalism. It is love. It is being set apart for God.

Psalm 51:10 — “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”

    CLOSING PRAYER
    Father, forgive us.
Forgive shepherds who fed themselves and left Your sheep. Put back in us the heart of the Lord for Your people.
Forgive Your church for chasing prosperity and ignoring sanctification. Create in us clean hearts.
Let us hunger for Your Word, not myths. Let us love holiness, not gossip and jealousy.
Make us a people ready for Jesus. In His Name, Amen.

    SHEPHERDS AND HOLINESS:

    Message:
This is a warning and a call. Ezekiel 34: shepherds, return to the heart of the Lord for His people. Don’t feed yourself and leave the sheep.

  • THE HARD TRUTH ABOUT JESUS` SACRIFICE
He told them, ‘My soul is crushed with grief to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.’” —Mark 14:34
Have you ever felt lonely? Have you ever felt as though your friends and family had abandoned you? Have you ever felt like you were misunderstood? Have you ever had a hard time understanding or submitting to the will of God for your life? If so, then you have an idea of what the Lord Jesus went through when He agonized at Gethsemane.
book of Hebrews tells us, “This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin. So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most” (4:15–16 NLT).
Book of Isaiah tells us that Jesus was “a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief” (53:3 NLT). But the sorrow He experienced in Gethsemane on the night before His crucifixion seemed to be the culmination of all the sorrow He had ever known and would accelerate to a climax the following day.
The ultimate triumph that was to take place at Calvary was first accomplished beneath the gnarled, old olive trees of Gethsemane. Jesus shared His agony with His disciples. “He told them, ‘My soul is crushed with grief to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me’” (Mark 14:34 NLT
It’s interesting that the very word Gethsemane means “olive press.” Olives were pressed there to make oil, and truly, Jesus was being pressed from all sides that He might bring life to us.
I don’t think we can even begin to fathom what He was going through. Isaiah 53:5 says, “But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed” (NLT).
That’s the hard truth of our salvation: Jesus had to suffer and die in our place. He had to endure the punishment that we deserved.
He was crushed and beaten for our sake. He could have walked away, but He submitted to His Father’s will so that the plan of salvation could be accomplished.
His crushing and beating brought about your salvation and mine. Because of what Jesus went through at Gethsemane and ultimately at the cross, we can call on His name. Though His suffering and death were unfathomably excruciating, they were necessary for God’s ultimate goal.
Maybe you’re at a crisis point in your life right now—a personal Gethsemane, if you will. You know what you want, yet you can sense that God’s will is different. Would you let the Lord choose for you? Would you be willing to say, “Lord, I am submitting my will to Yours. Not my will, but Yours be done”? You will never regret making that decision.

    God bless you!

  • This is Ezekiel 34:2-4 season.

Here is DAILY BREAD FOR THE LAST DAYS :

    TODAY'S WORD
    Text: Jeremiah 23:1-2
“Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! declares the Lord... You have scattered my flock and have driven them away, and you have not attended to them.”
Also: 2 Timothy 4:3-4 “For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions...”

MESSAGE: SHEPHERDS, RETURN TO THE HEART OF GOD
The Lord is crying over His sheep in these last days.

    1. THE WARNING TO SHEPHERDS
God says “Woe” to shepherds who feed themselves instead of the flock.
When a shepherd chases the world and its things - money, fame, titles - he leaves the sheep hungry.
When he preaches prosperity gospel but not holiness gospel, he trades eternal gifts for temporary bread.
John 10:12 “The hireling... sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees.”
A flock that is not sanctified is a flock that will be lost. Because “without holiness no one will see the Lord” Hebrews 12:14

    2. THE WARNING TO THE CHURCH
    Saved church, wake up!
Jealousy, hatred, gossip, disobedience to the Word... this is not the garment of Christ Colossians 3:8-10.
When we cling to itching ears and reject sound doctrine, we become easy prey.
God’s will is not just prosperity in the pocket. It is sanctification of the soul 1 Thessalonians 4:3.
Jesus did not die to make us rich. He died to make us HOLY.

    3. STRENGTHENING & ENCOURAGEMENT
But there is hope. 1 Peter 5:4 “And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.”
To every faithful shepherd: Keep feeding the Word. Keep calling to repentance.
To every sheep: Return to the Word. Love holiness more than miracles. Love Jesus more than blessings.

    PRAYER:
Father, raise up shepherds after Your own heart Jeremiah 3:15. Purify the pulpit. Purify the pew. Let us not trade eternity for earth. Sanctify us by Your truth. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

    ACTION TODAY:
For Shepherds/Teachers: Check your message. Is it pointing people to Jesus and holiness, or just to prosperity?
For All: Forgive anyone you have bitterness toward today. Gossip and hatred grieve the Holy Spirit Ephesians 4:30-31.
