It was completely impossible for the Lord to sin
It was completely impossible for the Lord to sin for one reason: that He - as the new Adam - did not live a life independent of God the Father. He is the eternal Son always existing in the "bosom of the Father," and for that very reason, the Lord's perpetual being with the Father did not allow His human life and existence to exist apart from the Father - not according to distances of time – because there is no distance that can separate man from God; for God exists in all times and places, and He is the Creator of all. Rather, separation begins spiritually with the transfer of perception from God to the self, and the contemplation of this self and loving it in a manner isolated without communion, as a unique entity distinct, not seeing its being derived from God but rather derived from the universe, or from the capacities deposited in it.
