True abundance is not found in how much we can keep for ourselves, but in how willingly we can open our hands for the good of others. When we give with love, humility, and faith, we reflect the heart of God — the One who has given us every good and perfect gift. Giving is more than money. It can be time, encouragement, prayer, kindness, patience, a listening ear, a meal, a helping hand, or simply showing up when someone needs to know they are not alone. The beautiful truth is this: when we give from the heart, we do not become empty. We become more aware of God’s provision, more connected to the needs around us, and more aligned with the generosity of Christ. What we cling to can control us, but what we surrender to God can be used to bless others. May we be people who live with open hands. May we give not for recognition, but out of gratitude. May we see every opportunity to bless someone else as an opportunity to honor the Lord. Because in God’s kingdom, giving is not loss. Giving is love in action. Giving is faith made visible.
