  • What You Sow Determines What You Reap!

    The principle of sowing and reaping is one of the most consistent laws established by God.

    Galatians 6:7–9 (KJV)
    “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

    It operates in the natural world and equally in the spiritual realm.

    Seeds determine harvests; actions determine outcomes; choices determine destinies.

    Many people desire a good harvest, but few are intentional about the kind of seeds they sow. Scripture makes it clear: what you sow today will determine what you reap tomorrow.

    1. THE LAW OF SOWING AND REAPING IS DIVINE AND UNCHANGEABLE

    God is not mocked. No one can cheat this principle.

    You cannot sow dishonesty and reap favor, nor sow laziness and reap success. God’s laws are impartial and consistent.

    Genesis 8:22
    “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest… shall not cease.”

    As long as the earth exists, this law will continue to operate.

    Note: Harvest may delay, but you cannot deny it.

    2. YOU ALWAYS REAP WHAT YOU SOW

    Hosea 8:7
    “They have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind.”
    Small negative seeds often produce multiplied negative harvests.

    Proverbs 22:8
    “He that soweth iniquity shall reap vanity.”

    Likewise, righteous seeds produce righteous rewards.

    2 Corinthians 9:6
    “He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.”

    Note: The quality of your seed determines the quality of your harvest.

    3. YOU REAP MORE THAN YOU SOW

    A farmer plants one seed but expects many fruits. In the same way, every seed—good or bad—returns multiplied.

    Luke 6:38
    “Give, and it shall be given unto you… good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over.”

    Note: Be careful with your words, actions, attitudes, and decisions; they multiply.

    4. YOU REAP AFTER YOU SOW

    Ecclesiastes 3:1–2
    “There is a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted.”

    Many people give up because harvest does not appear immediately.

    Galatians 6:9
    “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

    Note: Delay is not denial. Harvest comes in God’s appointed season.

    5. AREAS WHERE WE SOW DAILY

    * Words – Proverbs 18:21

    * Actions – Matthew 7:16

    * Time and Effort – Proverbs 12:11

    * Finances – Malachi 3:10

    * Spiritual Life – Galatians 6:8

    What you sow in these areas will shape your future.

    CONCLUSION

    Your life today is a product of seeds sown in the past, and your future will be shaped by the seeds you sow now.

    If you desire a different harvest, you must sow different seeds. Choose righteousness, obedience, generosity, faith, and diligence.

    God is faithful to reward every good seed sown according to His Word.

  • No Harvest Without a Seed !

    Beloved, one of the unchanging laws of life and the Kingdom of God is this: nothing multiplies without being planted.

    Genesis 8:22, John 12:24, 2 Corinthians 9:6, Galatians 6:7, Mark 4:26-29

    No farmer expects a harvest without first sowing. In the same way, no believer should expect greatness, blessings, growth, or divine increase without the principle of seed sowing.

    God Himself established this law after the flood:

    "While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest... shall not cease." – Genesis 8:22

    This means as long as the earth exists, harvest will always respond to seed. Wherever there is no seed, there will be no harvest.

    1. SEED IS THE BEGINNING OF EVERY HARVEST

    Jesus made it clear:
    "Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit." – John 12:24

    Every visible success starts with an invisible sacrifice.

    The seed may look small, but inside it is the power for a mighty forest. Many want abundance, but avoid the process of sowing.

    There is no:

    * Financial breakthrough without sowing

    * Spiritual growth without investment

    * Ministry expansion without sacrifice

    * Destiny fulfillment without obedience

    2. WHAT YOU SOW DEFINES WHAT YOU REAP

    The Bible says:
    "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." – Galatians 6:7

    Seed sowing is not only about money. It includes:

    * Time

    * Kindness

    * Prayer

    * Love

    * Faithfulness

    * Forgiveness

    * Service

    * Obedience

    You cannot sow bitterness and expect peace.

    You cannot sow laziness and expect greatness.

    Your harvest is a reflection of your seed.

    3. THE SIZE OF YOUR SEED INFLUENCES YOUR HARVEST

    "He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully." – 2 Corinthians 9:6

    God does not force harvest; He responds to seed.

    The level of your giving, dedication, service, and commitment determines the level of your reward.

    Small seed = Small harvest
    Faithful seed = Abundant harvest

    4. THE PRINCIPLE OF WAITING AND PATIENCE

    Mark 4:28 says:
    "The earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear."

    Harvest does not come immediately after sowing.

    There is a process:

    * Planting

    * Waiting

    * Nurturing

    * Growth

    * Harvest

    Many believers quit too early.

    They sow but dig the seed up with doubt, impatience, and complaints.

    True faith knows how to wait.

    5. NO SEED, NO MIRACLE

    You cannot pray for harvest while refusing to sow.

    Prayer does not replace obedience.

    Faith does not cancel responsibility.

    Even God required a seed from the widow before multiplying her oil (2 Kings 4:1-7).

    Miracles flow through seeds.

    ILLUSTRATION
    A man prayed daily for breakthrough, yet never worked, never gave, never served, and never stepped out in faith. When his life did not change, he blamed God. But the truth was simple: He wanted harvest without seed. And such a harvest does not exist.

    CONCLUSION

    If you desire:

    * Growth, sow discipline

    * Favor, sow kindness

    * Prosperity, sow generosity

    * Salvation of souls, sow evangelism

    * Spiritual power, sow prayer

    Remember this eternal truth:
    No Seed, No Harvest. No Sacrifice, No Reward. No Sowing, No Reaping.

    Ask yourself today:

    * What seed am I sowing?

    * Where am I expecting harvest without planting?

    * What area of my life needs fresh seed?

    Begin to sow in faith, obedience, love, and generosity — and your harvest will surely come.

    "They that sow in tears shall reap in joy." – Psalm 126:5
