Your Faith Faith is one of the greatest gifts God has given to believers. Your faith is what connects you to God's promises. Prayer is important, fasting is important, but faith is what gives life to prayer and activates God's word in your life. Without faith, many people become discouraged because they only trust what they can see. But God's kingdom operates beyond human sight. 1. Faith Pleases God Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." God is pleased when you trust Him even before seeing the answer. Faith says, "God is still working," even when situations appear difficult. Many people believe God only when things are going well, but real faith stands during storms. Faith does not say: "I will believe when I see it." Faith says: "I believe, therefore I will see it." 2. Your Faith Can Move Mountains Matthew 17:20 "And Jesus said unto them... If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Jesus did not say you need huge faith; He spoke about genuine faith. A mustard seed is small, but it carries life and growth within it. Small faith placed in a great God can produce mighty results. Mountains can represent: Problems Delays Sickness Fear Financial struggles Family battles Faith speaks to obstacles instead of surrendering to them. 3. Faith Comes by Hearing God's Word Romans 10:17 "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Your faith grows when you continually feed on God's Word. If you constantly hear fear, doubt, and negativity, your faith becomes weak. But when you hear God's promises, your spirit becomes strengthened. Study Scripture daily. Meditate on God's promises. Speak God's word over your life. 4. Trials Test Your Faith James 1:2–3 "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." Faith will be tested. Abraham's faith was tested. Job's faith was tested. Even the disciples faced storms. Difficult seasons do not always mean God has abandoned you. Gold is tested in fire; faith is tested through challenges. 5. Keep Your Faith Alive Mark 5:34 "And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace..." The woman with the issue of blood pushed through opposition because she believed Jesus could change her situation. Her faith produced healing. Sometimes people around you may discourage you. Circumstances may say it is impossible. But your faith should speak louder than your fears. Lessons From This Message: Faith pleases God. Faith moves mountains. Faith grows through God's Word. Faith is tested during difficult times. Faith brings victory. Conclusion: Your faith is valuable. Do not allow disappointment, delay, or negative voices to kill it. God can make a way where there seems to be no way. Continue believing, continue praying, continue standing on God's promises. 2 Corinthians 5:7 "For we walk by faith, not by sight." Prayer: Father, strengthen my faith in every area of my life. Help me trust You even when I do not understand what is happening. Remove doubt and fear from my heart. Give me grace to stand firm in Your Word and believe Your promises until they come to pass, in Jesus' name. Amen. YOUR FAITH Hebrews 11:1 – “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” 🔹 Faith is the foundation of the Christian life. Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Faith is not just believing in God’s existence, but trusting Him completely, even when we cannot see or understand His plan. Your faith determines your walk with God, your prayers, your victory, and your destiny. 🔹 WHAT IS FAITH? Faith is believing God’s Word and acting upon it, no matter what the circumstances may be. It means trusting God’s promises even when everything around you seems contrary. 📖 Romans 10:17 – “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Faith grows as we continually listen to and meditate on God’s Word. The more of the Word you know, the stronger your faith becomes. 🔹 EXAMPLES OF FAITH IN THE BIBLE * Abraham’s Faith – He believed God would make him the father of many nations, even when he was old and childless (Genesis 15:6). His faith was counted unto him for righteousness. * The Woman with the Issue of Blood – She believed that if she could touch the hem of Jesus’ garment, she would be healed. Her faith made her whole (Mark 5:25–34). * Noah’s Faith – He built the ark even though he had never seen rain before (Hebrews 11:7). * The Centurion’s Faith – He believed Jesus could heal his servant by speaking a word. Jesus marveled at his faith (Matthew 8:10). 🔹 WHY YOUR FAITH MATTERS - Faith brings salvation Ephesians 2:8-9 “For by grace are ye saved through faith.” - Faith brings healing Mark 10:52 “Thy faith hath made thee whole.” - Faith brings victory 1 John 5:4 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.” - Faith pleases God Hebrews 11:6 Without faith, we cannot walk in obedience to God’s will. 🔹 HOW TO GROW YOUR FAITH * Study the Word of God daily (Romans 10:17). * Pray and trust God for everything (Philippians 4:6). * Fellowship with other believers (Hebrews 10:25). * Exercise your faith through action – Faith without works is dead (James 2:26). Keep your eyes on Jesus – the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). 🔹 WHEN YOUR FAITH IS TESTED There will be times when life challenges your faith. Trials are not meant to destroy your faith but to strengthen it. 📖 1 Peter 1:7 – “That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.” Even when things seem impossible, hold on to your faith. God never fails. 🔹 Your faith is your greatest weapon in the spiritual battle of life. It connects you to the power of God, opens doors of miracles, and brings you victory over sin, fear, and doubt. No matter what you face, remember: God is faithful to those who have faith in Him. 📖 Mark 11:22 – “Have faith in God.” 🔹 PRAYER POINTS Lord, increase my faith daily through Your Word. Father, help me to trust You even when I don’t understand. Every doubt in my heart—be replaced with faith in Jesus’ name. Lord, let my faith bring healing, breakthrough, and divine favor.
