God created us to live extraordinary lives without struggle - a life above the power of sin, a product of grace. Man failed by disobeying and could not live an upright life. The salvation Jesus wrought restored man to the life he was expected to live. As recipients of God’s grace, we are empowered to live in a new way. Have you received the power to live this new life, or are you still entangled by sexual immorality, lying, and deception? The grace of God is potent to train you to renounce impiety and worldly passions. ED.ii. LOT'S FATAL DECISIONS "Then the Lord rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah — from the Lord out of the heavens. Thus He overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land." - Genesis 19:24-25 Abraham was blessed by God and because his nephew Lot was with him, Lot was also blessed. Both had large flocks. At one point the shepherds of both flocks started to fight because there was not enough space. Abraham then let Lot choose to go either to the left or to the right. Lot saw that the Jordan area was good and made his first fatal choice. Lot chose the best for himself. It was his first step towards Sodom. It did not occur to him to consult the Lord first. So many Christians today do the same and make their own choices based on what they see, instead of asking for the Lord's guidance. Many follow the money. The evil one mainly whispers to young people: 'If you go for the money, you can achieve everything.' However, God's way is always the best way. Lot's second fatal decision is to pitch his tents nearby Sodom. 'Now the people of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly against the Lord' (Genesis 13:13). Once you take one step in the wrong direction, it will not be long before you are completely on the wrong track. Lot's third fatal step is in Genesis 14:12, it says that 'he was living in Sodom.' So, it did not take long before Lot lived in the city of Sodom. God had to destroy Sodom because of the wickedness. It was because of Abraham's prayer for Lot and his family that God gave them an opportunity to flee the city. Dear reader, one day God will destroy this world as He did with Sodom and Gomorrah. In the story where Jesus heals the man with the shriveled hand on the Sabbath (Matthew 12:9-14, Mark 3:1-6, Luke 6:6-11) The Pharisees who saw themselves as strict observers of the law, asked Jesus “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?” Jesus, always tried to teach and enlighten the minds, He said to them, “If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out? How much more valuable is a person than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” Notice the Pharisees, who are so rigid in keeping the law, not only for themselves but for everyone else. They will quickly point out other people's missteps, let's keep the plank out of our own eyes (Matthew 7). Also notice that at the end of the story, they were plotting how they might kill Jesus, which would be breaking the law. Rather hypocritical, don't you think? One more thing concerning these Pharisees, they seem to be in many of these stories that are recorded in the Bible, you would think that being around Jesus so much that many of them would have become followers after seeing the many miraculous things that Jesus did. Are we doing the same thing, seeing but not seeing what God has done for us?

In a dream, in a vision of the night...”_ I Reagan l got a voice in a dream l received saying: “You and your people are in 144,000., a no by sight/ vision l didn't recognize it well and I woke up. Why? Because God gives the dream Job 33:15, but THE SON gives the meaning Heb 1:2. Heb 1:1-2 _“Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son...”_ In this last age, every dream must be measured by THE SON. POINT 1: WHAT "144,000" MEANS FOR US TODAY Rev 14:4-5 “It is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes... In their mouth no lie was found, they are blameless.” God is not just giving us a number. He’s giving us a CHARACTER. To be "in 144,000" today means 4 things: FOLLOW THE LAMB, NOT MEN - Rev 14:4 That "anointed prophet" wanted you to follow him. The Lamb says “Follow Me” John 10:27. In this last age Heb 1:2, we obey THE SON only. WASHED BY THE BLOOD - RED7 - Rev 7:14 “...they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” No purity, no calling. 1 Pet 1:16 “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” NO LIE IN THE MOUTH - A TRUE WITNESS - Rev 14:5, Acts 26:16 This age is full of deception Matt 24:24. God is raising witnesses who speak truth. SEALED WITH PEACE IN THE STORM - Rev 7:3, John 14:27 Judgment RED7 and death SKELETON are coming. But the sealed have peace. POINT 2: WHY GOD GAVE THE DREAM - "SO THAT YOU OBEY AND DON'T GO INTO DESTRUCTION" Job 33:17-18 _“That he may turn man aside from his deed and conceal pride from a man; He keeps back his soul from the pit...”_ The purpose of the dream: A WARNING - RED7, SKELETON. The age is ending. Don’t play with sin Rom 6:16. A CALL - GREEN7. Come back to the Word Matt 4:4. Be fruitful John 15:5. A CHOICE - Deut 30:19 “...therefore choose life”. Choose THE SON Heb 1:2. Dear Father, Today, I discovered that there is more to this Scripture than the natural occurrence of Joseph being sold to Potiphar and the jealousy of his brothers. It reveals a known pattern the enemy operates to destroy a man. The Scripture says: “And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh. Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit; and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.” The pattern is, “Afflict the man, and he will lose sight of his dreams.” Strangely, afflictions may arise in various ways: frustration from the cosmos, discouragement from loved ones, betrayal and unreasonable offences, lack, distractions, losses, or even death. The point is, if it would make him lose sight of his destiny, let us bring it before him. With this, we are naturally ushered into the responsibility of discerning and prayerfully engaging with circumstances that bear natural patterns but may be inspired by demonic forces. Because how do we explain the inspiration behind the thought, “Kill the man, and his dreams will fade”? So, the wrestle does not really seem to be against the man, but against his divine destiny. Through this story, I have learned that we should not go wrestling with a person over their obvious displays of envy, or be discouraged by the hostility of the people we love. If destiny is the plan, its fulfilment must remain the focus, because there will be no fulfilment of destiny without spiritual warfare. “I am a Catholic, and I wholeheartedly accept death for God. Had I a thousand lives, I would offer all of these to Him.” ~ St. Lorenzo Ruiz, Filipino, martyred by *tsurushi*. *Tsurushi* (Japanese for “hole hanging”) involved cutting open a victim’s forehead, hanging him upside down, then lowering him headfirst into a pit filled with excrement until he either died or agreed to apostatize. The bleeding from the forehead ensured he didn’t die quickly from rising cranial blood pressure but as slowly & painfully as possible. He wasn’t suffocated or drowned in the excrement, just suspended in the fumes right above it. Death could take up to 13 days, as in the case of St. Magdalene of Nagasaki.
