• The spirituality of life is a reality that many Christians are not conscious of.

Even the most logical things are sometimes orchestrated by the Devil.

The Devil is aware of this, and he subtly gets us acquainted with evil till we accept it as normal and a part of our society.

For instance, what are monsters, vampires, aliens, etc.?

What kind of creation are they?

We know plants, animals, and humans, but what are monsters?

In music videos, you see scary-looking images flashing every second.

Children are introduced to ‘fairy’ characters with magical powers that don’t exist.

They create animals with some strange powers.

The devil, inspired by his agents, tries to get us to accept these images that have a demonic source.

He has been so successful that people now love horror movies more than other kinds of movies.

They love movies full of violent and horrific activities that demons propagate – it’s all the plan of the Devil.

He wants humans to be at home with the images of demons, to love their appearance and not see them as evil.

To a point where evil becomes good.

If you are going to retain control of your mind, there are some decisions you need to make.

Don’t tolerate scary and terrific-looking images around you.

Sometimes, even designers like Nike make shoes that literally bear the image of the Devil.

As a Christian, you should not watch horror movies.

I have never watched one in my lifetime. I have seen some scenes, but couldn’t tolerate them.

Don’t wear clothes with evil inscriptions – if you do, you are helping the devil propagate his demonic signs and symbols.

This is not about a conspiracy theory; evil communication corrupts good manners (1 Cor. 15:33)

For example, a shirt with skull and crossbones – what does that communicate, Love?

Not at all – so what does it help?

There are symbols and signs that, when beholding them over a period of time, will let down your moral guard and deaden your conscience.

That is why you see the satanists struggling so hard to infiltrate the media with their symbols as much as they can; you see them at the opening of Olympic tournaments, Disney movies, Netflix movies, etc.

In fact, they struggle hard to either diminish the symbol of the cross or corrupt it.

Saturate your environment with the presence of God, and avoid ugly and dirty images.

Even news can be an inlet to that.

Choose what you should consume and what not.

    You have the right.

No content has the compulsion over you for you to consume it – you have the right to swipe.

This may look simple, but it will save you from a lot of demonic influence.

The scripture says to guard our hearts with all diligence. (Proverbs 4:23)

This is a gentle reminder that your mind is so powerful that even God needs to influence it to get you to take an action.

That is why the scripture says to renew our minds.

    You’re not alone in this.

It’s a decision we all make daily.

In my family, we don’t watch TV stations.

We only stream YouTube – choosing what we want each time.

We watch ministers of God, documentaries, and industry-specific content while my children watch cartoons.

The cartoons are highly monitored, and everyone watches the same TV shows.

What I cannot watch, my kids cannot watch, and what they cannot watch, I cannot watch.

My kids watch bible stories to sleep almost every night and wake up with it.

I am open to questions about my daily content consumption if you need help with that.

You should also pray for guidance from the Holy Spirit.

Pray in tongues often; this will guide you in making the right choices.

    God is with you.

  • •A Prayer for When You’re Worn Out•

    By Anthony Valente

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
    (Matthew 11:28-30)

“If I can just make it to the weekend, I’ll finally get to rest,” I tell myself. I look forward to sleeping in and watching Netflix, but that kind of weekend rest only offers a temporary respite from the challenges I’ll face all over again on Monday morning.

While God offers us a deep soul rest that comes from a close walk with Jesus, we’re often dreaming about our next break or vacation. We don’t realize we can experience spiritual rest even on a busy day.

Jesus offers us an invitation and a promise when all our endeavors have worn us out: “Come to me…I will give you rest.”

All we have to do is draw near to Jesus and turn our hearts toward Him. When we ask Jesus to fill us with His life-giving Spirit and give us the strength and energy we need for our daily tasks, He gives generously. Better yet, He offers to walk with us.

When we keep company with Jesus, we learn His gentle nature and humble heart. As we take His yoke upon us, He guides our efforts, showing us what to make our priority and what to leave undone.

Personally, my worries tire me out even faster than my work. It’s my worries that wake me up at 3:00 in the morning, robbing me of a good night’s sleep. Sometimes I tire myself out carrying burdens my Savior never meant for me to shoulder alone.

When we make the choice to entrust our concerns to Jesus, He carries them for us. We can walk freely and lightly, resting and trusting in His Sovereign, loving care.

Friend, if you feel physically tired today, come to Jesus. Ask Him to walk with you. Make abiding in Jesus your first priority, and He will give you spiritual rest as He directs your work. If you feel wearied by worry, how about handing your burden over to Jesus to carry for you?

    Let’s pray.

    Lord Jesus,
I come to You today. You know what makes me tired better than I know myself. Would You fill me with Your Holy Spirit and give me the physical and spiritual rest I need?

Lord, forgive me for trying to power through life in my own strength. Forgive me for not trusting You with my concerns and for carrying burdens you never meant for me to carry.

Help me walk closely with You and teach me how to abide in You. Empower me for the work You are calling me to do. Teach me to be gentle and humble in spirit. Lord, give me the grace I need to trust You with my worries and cares. I lay them at Your feet. I don’t want to carry anything today except for Your yoke, which helps me walk more closely with You.

Lord Jesus, You are my resting place. Help me find my rest in You. I trust and love You Lord Jesus.

    In Your Name I pray,
    AMEN

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint"
    (Isaiah 40:28-31)

“From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I"
    (Psalm 61:2)

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me"
    (John 14:1)

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus"
    (Philippians 4:6-7)

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song"
    (Psalm 28:7)

“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be firm, steadfast, always fully devoted to the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain."
    (1 Corinthians 15:58)

“Whatever you do, do from the heart, as for the Lord and not for others, knowing that you will receive from the Lord the due payment of the inheritance. You are serving the Lord Christ"
    (Colossians 3:23-24)

“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act"
    (Psalm 37:5)

“The LORD Himself goes before you; He will be with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”
    (Deuteronomy 31:8)

“My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest"
    (Exodus 33:14)

“Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!”
    (1 Chronicles 16:11)

“So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.”
    (2 Corinthians 4:16)

“The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.”
    (Psalm 29:11)

“For I will refresh the weary soul and replenish all who are weak."
    (Jeremiah 31:25)

Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one.
    (2 Corinthians 11:24)

So they took Jesus, and He went out, bearing His own cross, to the place called the Place of the Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha.
    (John 19:17)

    (pic verse)
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

  • LIVING IN A LIFE OF SACRIFICE

“And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name's sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life.” (Matthew 19:29 ESV)

Many of us have small luxuries that, if we are honest, are hard to live without! It may be winding down while watching Netflix, enjoying a favorite meal, cozying up with a nice book, or spending time on a hobby. Mine is browsing the net. I don’t like to sacrifice my netizenship!

But is that truly a sacrifice? What is a sacrifice even considered to be? Generally, a sacrifice involves giving up something of greater personal value in exchange for something of lesser value. While many of us may poorly understand significant personal sacrifice, Jesus is intimately familiar with the subject. He gave up His place in heaven to live 33 years with sinful humanity, culminating with an excruciating death and separation from the Father when he took on all of our sins to save the very people who scorned and killed Him. His sacrifice is unfathomable!

I fear that when we lose sight of what is of the most value, we consequently become incapable of comprehending the daily sacrifices Jesus calls us to. We must not allow our personal preferences and skewed perspectives to devalue Jesus’ perfect sacrifice.

Jesus calls His followers to live lives also characterized by sacrifice. In His Sermon on the Mount, He lays out the parameters for His kingdom. “Blessed are the poor in spirit … . Blessed are the meek … . Blessed are the merciful … . Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake … . Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.” (Matthew 5:3, 5, 7, 10, 11) Why? “Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” (Matthew 5:12) In summary, “But many who are first will be last, and the last first.” (Matthew 19:30)

David Livingstone, a missionary to Africa in the 1800s, summarized this perspective eloquently in Perspectives on the World Christian Movement: “Anxiety, sickness, suffering, or danger, now and then, with a foregoing of the common conveniences and charities of this life, may make us pause, and cause the spirit to waver, and the soul to sink; but let this only be for a moment. All these are nothing when compared with the glory that shall be revealed in and for us. I never made a sacrifice.” As someone very much qualified to speak on what many of us would consider a life filled with sacrifice, Livingstone truly understood God’s eternal perspective. It is not a sacrifice if you gain more out of it!

Ultimately, we find that obedience to God is not a sacrifice. Instead, Jesus declared, “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?” (Matthew 16:25-26) So, let us live a life exemplifying bold and selfless obedience to the One who sacrificed everything for us.

God, give us Your eternal perspective so that we can live in a way that aligns with Your priorities! In Jesus’ name, amen.

    God bless you!

PROPHETIC ANATOMY: BURIED ALIVE — THE TRAGEDY OF A RESURRECTION WITHOUT A DEATH

STOP PRAYING FOR POWER UNTIL YOU HAVE CONSENTED TO THE FUNERAL

I am writing this with a holy rage in my spirit against the shallow, plastic, "hype-beast" Christianity that has overtaken our timeline. I see a generation SCREAMING for the "Power of the Resurrection" while fleeing from the "Fellowship of His Sufferings."

You want the stone rolled away, but you haven't even wrapped the body yet.
You want the Sunday morning glory, but you refuse the Saturday silence.
You want to come out of the grave, BUT YOU AREN'T DEAD YET.

HEAR THE WORD OF THE LORD:
God cannot resurrect what has not died.
If you try to walk in resurrection power while your flesh is still kicking, screaming, and demanding its rights, you are not a New Creation... you are a spiritual ZOMBIE. You are the walking dead—animated by emotion, but devoid of the Spirit.

This is the tragedy of the modern believer: We are trying to be "Buried Alive." We want the new life without the termination of the old one.

    1. THE THEOLOGY OF THE SEED: THE LAW OF TERMINATION
Jesus laid down the spiritual law of physics in John 12:24:
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit."

    "ABIDETH ALONE."
Look at the church! Look at your own life! Are you lonely? Are you fruitless? Are you frustrated?
It is because you are a seed that refuses to let go of its shell. You are protecting your outer identity—your reputation, your comfort, your "rights"—and because you won't let the soil crush you, YOU CANNOT MULTIPLY.

Discipleship is not self-improvement. It is self-execution.
We are not called to fix the old man; we are called to bury him.
Romans 6:4: "Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death..."

If you haven't attended the funeral of your own ambitions, your own ego, and your own will, STOP ASKING GOD FOR REVIVAL. You can't revive a heart that is still full of self.

    2. THE NECESSITY OF THE TOMB: THE DARK ROOM OF GOD
We are addicted to the spotlight, but God does His deepest work in the dark.
The Tomb is not a punishment; it is a WOMB.

You are running from the season of darkness. You are running from the silence. You are medicating your loneliness with Netflix, social media, and shallow relationships.
    STOP RUNNING.
God has allowed the darkness to press in on you for one reason: To suffocate the flesh.

    In the tomb:
    You have no audience.
    You have no applause.
You have no ability to save yourself.
You are totally dependent on the Father to raise you.
Colossians 3:3: "For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God."
    HIDDEN.
If you cannot handle being hidden, you cannot handle being used. The tomb strips you of the addiction to visibility. If you are kicking against the darkness, trying to claw your way out of the grave God put you in, YOU ARE BURYING YOURSELF ALIVE.

    3. THE STENCH OF LAZARUS
Martha warned Jesus in John 11:39: "Lord, by this time he stinketh..."

Do you know why so many ministries stink? Do you know why so many Christians emit the foul odor of arrogance, pride, and offense?
BECAUSE THE FLESH IS ROTTING, BUT IT ISN'T DEAD.

When you try to skip the process of the Cross—when you try to jump straight to the miracle—you carry the stench of your carnality into the Holy of Holies.

You want to prophesy, but you still gossip.
You want to heal the sick, but you are sick with bitterness.
You want to lead nations, but you can't lead your own thoughts captive.
Philippians 3:10 gives us the order:

    That I may know Him.
And the power of His resurrection.
AND THE FELLOWSHIP OF HIS SUFFERINGS, BEING MADE CONFORMABLE UNTO HIS DEATH.
You cannot have #2 without #3. The Ticket to the Throne Room is stamped at the Tomb.

    4. THE PROPHETIC REBUKE
I prophesy to you today: The reason you are exhausted is because you are fighting the burial.
You are fighting the very thing God sent to liberate you. That rejection? That failure? That season of silence? That was the dirt being thrown on your coffin!

    LET IT COVER YOU.
Stop fighting for air. Stop fighting for your reputation. Stop fighting to "be seen."
    DIE.
Let the ego die. Let the need to be right die. Let the five-year plan die.

Because when you finally stop kicking... when you finally go still... when you finally surrender to the absolute lordship of Jesus Christ...
    THEN THE STONE ROLLS AWAY.
    THEN THE SPIRIT ENTERS.
THEN YOU WALK OUT WITH KEYS IN YOUR HAND.

THE ALTAR CALL: CONSENT TO THE TOMB
I am calling for a funeral service tonight. I am calling for the remnant who are tired of the "fake hustle" of modern Christianity and want the RAW POWER of the Early Church.

    POWER COSTS EVERYTHING.

    YOUR ACTION PLAN:

CONSENT TO THE DARKNESS: Stop rebuking the season of hiding. Tell God: "Lord, if this is a tomb, I accept it. Do the surgery. Kill what needs to die."
IDENTIFY THE PULSE: What is still alive in you that shouldn't be? Is it Pride? Lust? Ambition? Fear of Man? Grab it by the throat and drag it to the Cross.
WAIT FOR THE WIND: Do not try to resurrect yourself. Wait on the Holy Ghost. He knows when the work is done.
    DECLARE IT:
Type "I CONSENT TO THE TOMB" in the comments if you are ready to die to self so you can LIVE in Christ!

SHARE THIS WORD. The church is full of people trying to skip Saturday. Wake them up to the process!

TAG A BELIEVER who is in a dark season and needs to know it has a purpose.

The grain of wheat must fall. Let it fall. The harvest is coming.

  • She thought she was studying milk.
What she uncovered was a conversation.
In 2008, evolutionary anthropologist Katie Hinde was working in a primate research lab in California, analyzing breast milk from rhesus macaque mothers. She had hundreds of samples and thousands of data points. Everything looked ordinary—until one pattern refused to go away.
Mothers raising sons produced milk richer in fat and protein.
Mothers raising daughters produced a larger volume with different nutrient balances.
It was consistent. Repeatable. And deeply uncomfortable for the scientific consensus.
Colleagues suggested error. Noise. Statistical coincidence.
    But Katie trusted the data.
And the data pointed to a radical idea.
    Milk is not just nutrition.
    It is information.
For decades, biology treated breast milk as simple fuel. Calories in. Growth out. But if milk were only calories, why would it change depending on the sex of the baby?
    Katie kept digging.
Across more than 250 mothers and over 700 sampling events, the story grew more complex. Younger, first-time mothers produced milk with fewer calories but significantly higher levels of cortisol—the stress hormone.
The babies who drank it grew faster.
They were also more alert, more cautious, more anxious.
    Milk wasn’t just building bodies.
    It was shaping behavior.
Then came the discovery that changed everything.
When a baby nurses, microscopic amounts of saliva flow back into the breast. That saliva carries biological signals about the infant’s immune system. If the baby is getting sick, the mother’s body detects it.
    Within hours, the milk changes.
    White blood cells surge.
    Macrophages multiply.
    Targeted antibodies appear.
When the baby recovers, the milk returns to baseline.
    This was not coincidence.
    It was call and response.
A biological dialogue refined over millions of years. Invisible—until someone thought to listen.
As Katie reviewed existing research, she noticed something unsettling. There were twice as many scientific studies on erectile dysfunction as on breast milk composition.
The first food every human consumes.
The substance that shaped our species.
    Largely ignored.
    So she did something bold.
She launched a blog with a deliberately provocative name: Mammals Suck Milk.
It exploded. Over a million readers in its first year. Parents. Doctors. Scientists. People asking questions research had skipped.
    The discoveries kept coming.
Milk changes by time of day.
    Foremilk differs from hindmilk.
Human milk contains over 200 oligosaccharides babies can’t digest—because they exist to feed beneficial gut bacteria.
Every mother’s milk is biologically unique.
In 2017, Katie brought this work to a TED stage. In 2020, it reached a global audience through Netflix’s Babies. Today, at Arizona State University’s Comparative Lactation Lab, she continues reshaping how medicine understands infant development, neonatal care, formula design, and public health.
    The implications are staggering.
Milk has been evolving for more than 200 million years—longer than dinosaurs walked the Earth. What we once dismissed as simple nourishment is one of the most sophisticated communication systems biology has ever produced.
Katie Hinde didn’t just study milk.
She revealed that nourishment is intelligence.
A living, responsive system shaping who we become before we ever speak.
All because one scientist refused to accept that half the story was “measurement error.”
Sometimes the biggest revolutions begin by listening to what everyone else ignores.

  • YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE IS DYING BECAUSE YOUR SEX LIFE IS WILD

Some of you are not under spiritual attack.
You’re just trying to mix holiness with horniness.

Let’s talk like men and women built in the image of God!!.

    1. You can’t be praying for power in the morning, then watching porn at night.
    What exactly are you expecting?
Heaven to bless you while hell is clapping for you?

You pray for purity, then scroll Instagram to find temptation.
You beg God for destiny, then chase someone’s daughter to a hotel.
You cry in worship, but moan in fornication by evening.

    That’s not warfare — that’s contradiction.
You’re not growing spiritually because you’re feeding your lust more than your soul.

    2. Sexual sin is a spiritual leak. It drains your authority, boldness, and closeness with God.

    That’s why after sexual sin:
    You feel distant from God
You don’t want to open your Bible
You avoid real men of God
You start justifying what you once preached against
You struggle to worship like before

    It’s not punishment. It’s separation.
    Sin weakens your spiritual voltage.
You can’t sin boldly and still pray boldly — it doesn’t work.

    3. Your fire is off because your zip is open.

The Holy Spirit does not dwell in a temple that keeps inviting lust in every weekend.
You can’t cry “Lord, use me” when you keep using your body to please strangers online.

Every time you watch porn, you plant seeds of guilt.
Every time you masturbate, you fuel addiction.
Every time you sleep around, you dilute your spiritual oil.

Your anointing is not lost — it’s just buried under sexual compromise.

    4. You can’t chase God and girls at the same time. One will leave.

    It’s either:
You die to flesh and grow in Christ
    OR
You live in pleasure and die spiritually

Most brothers don’t lack calling — they lack consecration.
You want prayer and porn. Fasting and flirting. Spirit and sex.
That’s a recipe for spiritual paralysis.

    5. God is not the problem — your lack of discipline is.

You cry, “God why don’t I feel you like before?”
But last week, you were on TikTok drooling over half-naked girls.
You ask, “God, why is my fire low?”
But you haven’t gone three days without “releasing” into your palm.

This isn’t spiritual warfare. This is self-destruction.
You’re killing your own intimacy with God — and calling it “dry season.”

    6. Some of you are not weak — you’re just spiritually disconnected because your sex life is out of control.

    You’re losing your spiritual authority
Your dreams are now filled with lust
You’re no longer bold in the Spirit
    You’re battling guilt, shame, addiction
You no longer hear God clearly

And guess what? It all started with that small “just once” moment.
    One porn clip.
    One masturbation session.
    One sneaky hookup.

    Now you’re hooked.
    And your fire is gone.

    7. Freedom is not in “managing it” — it’s in surrender and discipline.

You don’t manage lust — you kill it.
You don’t reduce porn — you delete it.
You don’t play with sex — you flee.

You’ll never win spiritually until you cut off the things feeding your flesh.

    Unfollow those lust pages
    Block those sneaky links
Avoid the girl that only texts you at midnight
Cancel the sneaky “Netflix and chill”
Confess your struggles to real brothers who can help you stay accountable

    It’s not shame — it’s spiritual survival.

    FINAL WORD

    Dear brother,
You’re not dry spiritually because God left you.
You’re dry because sex has become your new savior.

But sex doesn’t save — it steals.
Lust doesn’t build — it breaks.
Porn doesn’t relieve — it destroys.

    Come back to fire.
    Come back to purity.
    Come back to spiritual sensitivity.

Your calling is too heavy to live with a careless zip.
Your future family, your ministry, your purpose — depends on this war.

    Win it.

    Rules are Rules 🫵

Your future family, your ministry, your purpose — depends on this war. Win it. 🔥 Rules are Rules 🫵 ⚠️
