  • 10 PRACTICAL WAYS TO GAIN BACK YOUR CONFIDENCE

Have you ever looked at yourself and felt like you lost the confident person you used to be?

Confidence can be rebuilt. You don't have to become someone else—you can gradually reconnect with yourself.

    1. KEEP SMALL PROMISES TO YOURSELF
Start doing what you say you will do. Every promise you keep builds trust in yourself.

    2. STOP COMPARING YOUR JOURNEY
Someone else's progress doesn't mean you are failing. Focus on your own growth.

    3. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
Sleep well, stay clean, dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable, and take care of your daily routine. Self-care can improve how you carry yourself.

    4. LEARN SOMETHING NEW
Competence builds confidence. Pick a skill and practice it consistently.

    5. SPEAK TO YOURSELF WITH RESPECT
Don't constantly remind yourself of your mistakes. Correct yourself, learn, and keep moving.

    6. DO ONE THING THAT SCARES YOU—SAFELY
Start small. Speak up in a discussion, introduce yourself, ask a question, or try something new.

    7. STOP WAITING FOR EVERYONE'S APPROVAL
You won't always please everybody. Learn to make healthy decisions based on your values and goals.

    8. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH ENCOURAGING PEOPLE
Spend more time around people who inspire growth and less time around people who constantly put you down.

    9. CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS
Don't wait until you reach the finish line before acknowledging yourself. Every step forward matters.

    10. GIVE YOURSELF TIME
Confidence isn't rebuilt overnight. Be patient with yourself and keep showing up.

Remember: Confidence isn't about believing you're perfect. It's about knowing that even when you make mistakes, you can learn, grow, and keep going.

Which one of these do you need to start practicing this week?

  • Certainly. Here is Psalm 91 (KJV):

    > 1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

    5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

    9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

  • DON’T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF YET!

Whatever you do, please believe in yourself and believe in God. There may be moments when things don’t make sense, your efforts seem unnoticed, and the results you are expecting are taking longer than you imagined.

But remember, delay is not denial, and a difficult season is not the end of your story.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep building your craft. Keep showing up, even when you don't feel like it. The skills, knowledge, discipline, and experience you are developing today may become the foundation for the opportunities you have been praying for tomorrow.

I pray that as you read this, hope is restored back to you in Jesus' Name. May you receive fresh strength to continue, courage to start again, and faith to believe that God is still working behind the scenes.

Don't quit because it is hard. Keep building. Keep believing. Keep becoming.

Your story is still being written. 🏽

“What God has started in your life, He is able to complete.”

  • What if the way you start your morning could determine the quality of your entire day?

Start your day with three simple things: Gratitude, a Smile, and Happiness.

Be grateful for the gift of life, for another opportunity to grow, learn, and become better. Smile, because a positive attitude can change the way you see the challenges ahead. Choose happiness, not because everything is perfect, but because you have decided to approach the day with hope and confidence.

Dress well. Smell well. Present yourself well.
The way you prepare yourself can influence how you carry yourself throughout the day. Take pride in your appearance—not merely to impress others, but as a reminder that you value yourself and the opportunities ahead.

    Then, reflect. Sit quietly.
Give yourself a few moments away from noise, distractions, and social media. Think about your purpose. What truly matters today? What must you accomplish? What kind of person do you want to be?

    In silence, your mind sharpens.
Sometimes, clarity doesn't come from doing more; it comes from slowing down enough to think. Use your quiet moments to organize your thoughts, set your priorities, pray, reflect, and prepare your mind for the day.

    Learn to master your morning.
Don't allow the morning to control you. Take control of it. Read something valuable, learn something new, pray, exercise, plan your day, and invest in yourself.

Remember, character is built in discipline. The world may not see the early mornings, the sacrifices, the reading, the preparation, or the small decisions you make when nobody is watching—but eventually, the results will speak for you.

So, read daily. Learn daily. Grow daily. Improve daily.

Your morning is more than the beginning of a day; it is an opportunity to build the person you are becoming.

  • Young people today are under a lot of pressure.

    The pressure to:

    Succeed quickly.
    Make money quickly.
    Get married quickly.
    Find a job quickly.
    Become famous quickly.
    Build a business quickly.
Have life figured out in their 20s.

You see your friends succeeding, travelling, getting married, buying cars, building businesses—and suddenly you begin to ask:

“What am I doing with my life?”

    But everybody's journey is different.

    Galatians 6:9

“Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

    Message to the Youth:

Don't allow another person's success to make you give up on your own process.

You need enduring grace to survive the season when:

You have the dream but not yet the resources.
You have the vision but people don't understand it.
You have qualifications but no job yet.
You started a business but customers are few.
You are working hard, but progress seems slow.

Grace helps you continue when results are not yet visible.
