GOD IS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT OUR NEEDS THAN OUR WANTS. IN ACTS 3:6, WE SEE THE CRIPPLED MAN WANTING MONEY, BUT GOD GAVE HIM WHAT HE NEEDED MOST, EVEN HEALING. GOD KNOWS US BETTER THAN WE KNOW OURSELVES!

John 8:31-32 teaches us to make it a deliberate effort to be TRUE DISCOPLES, not just disciples as we generally are. A true Disciple abides in the Lord's word, knows the divine truth, which is Jesus Himself.

Thus, there are Disciples ( who run away upon hearing the truth ( John 6:66), and true Disciples who stand with the Lord, those who know the truth that in Him, Christ, is Life, just as Peter did.

It's not about how long you have been in the church, rather how much you have been committed to the Lord Jesus.
