Let me explain, when a person is surviving the always focus on what to avoid the places to not go, the people to stop interacting with and the movies to not watch. And trust me this is draining and frustrating, one just cannot do it and make it this is one of the reasons why many fall on the way side. Like king Saul.

Saul didn't go against any of the commandments laid down by God but why was he rejected by the same God that choose him? It is because he focused on what not to do, he followed the scripture by the book.

The bible says Christ is life in us and not survivorship now let me explain......

Galatians 2:20 says Christ lives in us so this life we live it's not us but Christ that lives in us. My gee focus on loving and knowing more about Christ than focusing on what he doesn't like or approve of. Find you peace, joy and fulfillment in Chris and everything will be a bliss.
Sometimes even persecution is a joy and am looking forward to it as well (Matthew 5). Check out king David

David focused on loving his master than avoiding to offend the master like in the parable of the talents. David even after he sinned that too by doing what was against Gods commandments didn't focus on himself but was worried about not living without the Lord in her s life (psalm 51).

SO LIVE IN CHRIST AND STOP THE LIFE OF SURVIVORSHIP
(1 Timothy 1:7; Hebrews 12:2).

when I feel burdened or as though am not enough or when I think I should just stop it all The Lord Jesus always extends his hand and tell me "give it all to me, this why I came I didn't come for the perfect I came for you"
