Brethren, when you read about the life of Jesus Christ you will notice that there's something that stood out in his life and that is "Isolation." He used to routinely isolate himself to desolate or lonely places not out of antisocial behavior but to practice spiritual discipline, to commune with the father, to recharge physically, mentally and emotionally, before making major decisions, to battle temptations, to process grief etc. Put away distractions go to the lonely place and switch off that phone and seek God.

Beloved note that, before Jesus started his ministry he first went to overcome and subdue an enemy far bigger than Satan himself. That enemy is called "Self." He wrestled with the enemy for 40 days and 40 nights and when Satan came to tempt him, he was easily defeated because the door that Satan uses to enter a human being was shut completely. I beseech you brethren to surrender yourself to the Holy Spirit completely and be his vessel Amen.🏾

Beloved being a disciple of Jesus Christ requires self denial, carrying your cross, leaving behind worldly possessions and placing him above family. A price many fail to pay including the mass that followed him the time he walked the earth, many deserted him the moment these requirements of a disciple were laid on the table.

Brethren, scripture clearly tells us that as Christians "we are not of this world." Why are you trying to fit in? Why do you want the world to accept you? Why do you want the world to understand you? It rejected our Savior Yeshua do you think it will accept you?

Be what you want your partner to be. If you want her to be faithful then be faithful yourself, you want a successful man then be successful, If you want a prayerful partner be prayerful. A relationship should be built on mutual values, you have to embody the qualities you desire your partner to have. Be the mirror. It's easy to want a good partner until that good partner requires you to be good as well. Scripture says do to others what you want others to do to you. 🏾

Beloved in a relay race, the person holding the baton has to run first before passing on the baton to another person. Same applies to the scripture, before you share it with someone close to you or on social media, the word has to transform you first. Don't just throw the baton to the next runner beloved run with it first then pass it on. Scripture says that the word is a double edged sword.

Brethren know this, devil loves a Christian who is distracted. The world now is full of distractions through Technology and social media. Satan doesn't want you to spend time with God, yourself, your family and friends. He uses a tactic called divide and conquer, he separates and isolates first then he attacks because he knows that you are weak when you are alone. Stay vigilant.

Beloved we need to start doing what the apostles were doing. They would receive a new convert, disciple the new convert, baptize the new convert in the name of Jesus Christ to receive the Holy Spirit and send out the new convert to win more souls for the Kingdom not keeping them in the church building.

Brethren just a reminder:
Start having a family Bible study if you don't, if you stopped please revive it, if you do please continue. We have reached a point where Joshua said in the Bible that " As for me and my family we will serve the Lord." People are worshipping and serving anything today celebrities, self, money, technology, science, Satan etc. But as for me and my family!

Brethren, when last did you win a lost soul for the Kingdom of God? That's just a wake up question, reminding us about evangelism and discipleship. Starting with our own families, then our neighborhood and then to other places.

Beloved don't wait for people to come to church on Sunday or Saturdays, scripture encourages us to follow them and preach to them. Remember we are commanded to go out and preach the gospel to the world not to just wait for them to come to church.

You don't have to be eloquent in speech in order for you to be anointed and used by God, remember Moses in the Bible was a stamarrer but God used him mightily. Get ready to do the work of God and win souls for the Kingdom of God.🏾
