Romans 5:1
“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Truth of the Day:

Through faith, we are justified and made right with God. Because of this, we can live with confidence and enjoy the peace, love, and joy that come only from Him.

What It Means to Me:

This means I am now free to live according to God’s will, no longer bound by the darkness of sin but brought into the light where the Father’s eternal love and peace dwell. I am not condemned but accepted, redeemed, and made whole in Christ.

Lies I Need to Let Go:

I will let go of the lies planted by the enemy—that I am not important to God, that I am lacking, or that I cannot be freed from sin and confusion. These are deceptions. The truth is that I am forgiven, loved, and valued as a child of God.

How I’ll Live This Out Today:

I will deepen my relationship with God, holding firmly to the peace He has given me through Jesus. I will live joyfully in His light and share this good news with others—that God is good, merciful, and loving. Because Jesus already paid for our sins, we all now have the opportunity to live in freedom, joy, and hope.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank You for justifying me through faith and giving me peace through Jesus Christ. Thank You for freeing me from darkness and bringing me into Your light. Help me to walk daily in the joy of being forgiven and loved, and to share this peace with others so they may also know Your goodness. Keep me strong against the lies of the enemy and remind me that I am valuable in Your sight. May my life be a testimony of Your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
