Happy Women's day to all God's daughters here who know their God and do exploits in His Name.
May we always remember that beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears The Lord is the one who shall be Praised!

Women empowerment!! Is women empowerment accepted by God? Oh yes, it is! Women empowerment is not a battle of equality with men, that is an abberation, a lie of the devil.
Women empowerment is simply equiping a woman to be able to survive and sustain herself with or without a man. This is often done by ensuring women acquire education, learn enterpreneur skills, pursue beneficial careers in order to support their husbands, children, extended family members and even the needy and handicapped in the society. Women empowerment can never stop a truely educated, Godly woman from submitting to her husband neither will it make her to claim equality or engage in unhealthy competition with him. Rather a woman is empowered to :
1. Support her husband with the financial needs of the home. Many men have aged and even died early from bearing the burden to provide for their families all alone.
2. Provide additional comfort for herself and her kids.
3. Support herself incase she is not married or abandoned in marriage. A woman has no justification to sleep around with different men to acquire money or properties just because she is not married or was abandoned in marriage!!
4. Support herself and kids incase of widowhood. A widow also has no moral justification to sleep around in order to raise money to take care of her kids!!
5. Take care of the homefront if the breadwinner looses his job or is incapacitated by an accident.

Women empowerment is a necessary tool for every woman and I do pray the men folks will embrace it and assist their women to become empowered.

Fact!

WAITING ON THE LORD! God's Plan is worth waiting for. It takes time, sacrifice and discipline to come to that inner place of stillness in which we can hear God speak. It can mean less time Infront of the TV, on social media, on the phone or in engagement with friends. It may require laying aside magazines, novels and newspapers to spend hours alone with The Bible. But whatever it takes there is no substitute for hearing The Voice of God. The cost may seem high but the rewards far exceed the cost. How do we recognise God's Voice? How do you recognise your mother's voice? Because you know her so well. Get to know God so well so you can recognise His Voice when He Speaks.
To trust God in the light is easy but trust Him in the dark, that is Faith.
The ultimate authority in our lives is not our feelings. It is The Word of God. A "Yes" from God elevates you, a "No" from God protects you and a waiting on God prepares you for your future.
God knows when is the best time to answer our prayers. If you are in the season of waiting keep seeking Him. Delight yourself in The Lord and watch how you will not longer be just waiting but also be moving by Faith, fulfilled in His Presence and Surrendered totally to His Will. You won't have to compete for what God says is yours.
Your faith isn't tested until what you heard from God isn't matching up with what you are currently seeing in your life. Hold on to what God told you regardless. You can struggle for ten years and suddenly in one year achieve what you couldn't have achieved in ten years. Just keep your Faith Alive. If God hasn't answered yet keep waiting. He will surely Answer. Don't rush what God is taking time to prepare. Trust the wait, God's Timing is always Right. You may have prayed for a door to open not knowing that God is building a whole house for you. Be patient His Plans are bigger than you can imagine. When God declares it your Season no human, no fear, no past failures can undo what He has promised.
Anxiety is the natural result when our hopes are centred in anything short of God and His Will for us. Fear arises when we believe that everything depends on us and not on God. There is a gentle peace that surrounds us when our faith becomes stronger than our fears. The greatest test of Faith is when you don't get what you want but you are still able to say 'Thank You Lord'. Sometimes we need to Thank God for what didn't happen, for the things He stopped that we knew nothing about. Many times when God closes a door He often opens another one.
Remember unless The Lord builds a house the labourers labour in vain and unless The Lord watches over a city in vain does the night Watchman stay awake. Anyone led by The Spirit of God is never lost.
