Women empowerment!! Is women empowerment accepted by God? Oh yes, it is! Women empowerment is not a battle of equality with men, that is an abberation, a lie of the devil.
Women empowerment is simply equiping a woman to be able to survive and sustain herself with or without a man. This is often done by ensuring women acquire education, learn enterpreneur skills, pursue beneficial careers in order to support their husbands, children, extended family members and even the needy and handicapped in the society. Women empowerment can never stop a truely educated, Godly woman from submitting to her husband neither will it make her to claim equality or engage in unhealthy competition with him. Rather a woman is empowered to :
1. Support her husband with the financial needs of the home. Many men have aged and even died early from bearing the burden to provide for their families all alone.
2. Provide additional comfort for herself and her kids.
3. Support herself incase she is not married or abandoned in marriage. A woman has no justification to sleep around with different men to acquire money or properties just because she is not married or was abandoned in marriage!!
4. Support herself and kids incase of widowhood. A widow also has no moral justification to sleep around in order to raise money to take care of her kids!!
5. Take care of the homefront if the breadwinner looses his job or is incapacitated by an accident.

Women empowerment is a necessary tool for every woman and I do pray the men folks will embrace it and assist their women to become empowered.
