Help me celebrate my pastor today!
You just have to love this man.
I've met many pastors over the years, but only a few have left such a lasting impression on me and he is certainly one of them.
A humble, down-to-earth, and approachable man who genuinely listens, welcomes correction, and always has a warm hug for everyone.
He understands the spiritual matters, has a calling in deliverance ministry, and a mission that takes him to the Netherlands, Nigeria, and India.
Truly a man after God's own heart, and a pastor after mine.
On a personal note, after my trust had been deeply disappointed by churches, this man and his wife showed me that it can be different. He reminded me that there are still churches that truly strive to do what God asks of us: to walk in LOVE, preach REPENTANCE without compromise, and understand the reality of the SPIRITUAL realm. That combination is rare, and I thank God for it. The love they showed me really touched my heart. Sometimes we don’t need another scripture but just to feel loved, listened to and understood and to feel safe and people who believe in you and understand what you’re going through.
And behind every great man stands an amazing woman. We love and appreciate his wonderful wife dearly as well.
Happy Birthday! May God continue to bless, strengthen, and use you for His glory.

Deze jonge gasten gaven niet op!
David had een belofte gekregen van God hij moest vluchten voor zijn schoonvader, leefde in grotten maar gaf niet op en werd uiteindelijk Koning waar hij voor gezalfd was.

Jozef had een droom, werd verkocht als een slaaf, beschuldigt van aanranding en in de gevangenis weggegooid, werd vergeten door een “vriend” maar bleef op God vertrouwen en gaf niet op.
Jezus had het moeilijk in het hof Hij bad Vader neem deze beker van Me weg als het kan maar niet Mijn wil maar Uw wil.

Jezus heeft tot en het het einde volhard Hij gaf niet op en dacht niet: moet Ik gemarteld en gekruisigd worden voor die Ronald die gast die door de drugs die hij verkoopt straks 9 mensen dood gaan, die gast steelt, liegt, zijn vrouw bedriegt, een moord laat plegen (abortus) en wil mensen vermoorden, vloekt en vervloekt en al de wetten overtreed.

Gelukkig dacht de Heer dat niet en betaalde de prijs voor al onze zonden.

Geef je partner niet op, geef je buren niet op, geef je huwelijk niet op, de dokter geef je slecht nieuws geef niet op en blijf op God vertrouwen.

Mensen met lepra worden vaak verstoten uit angst voor besmetting, of omdat gedacht wordt dat het een straf van de goden is. Gevolg: geen diagnose, geen behandeling en daardoor krijgen zij handicaps. De gevolgen van de ziekte zijn groot. Mensen worden buitengesloten en vallen in extreme armoede. Leprapatiënten behoren tot de allerarmsten in de wereld, hebben een verminkende ziekte en worden nog zo vaak verstoten uit hun familie of dorp.

We hebben gisteren onze reis naar India geboekt vertrekken de 3e en komen de 31e mrt terug.

Stichting Doxa maakt zich sterk voor oa kansarme vrouwen
Vrouwen in India hebben veel minder ontwikkelingskansen dan mannen. Dit geldt nog meer voor vrouwen die in armoede leven. Jonge meisjes verlaten al op jonge leeftijd hun school om thuis mee te helpen in het huishouden. Op latere leeftijd hebben ze vrijwel geen kans op een betaalde baan. Wij en onze partners in India hebben oog en hart voor deze kwetsbare groep. Zij geven met naaimachine-programma’s kansarme vrouwen nieuwe mogelijkheden.

De gevolgen zijn leven veranderend
De impact van dit soort programma’s op het leven van vrouwen is enorm. Ze zijn minder afhankelijk van anderen omdat ze zelf kunnen lezen en schrijven. Vaak vinden ze een betaalde baan en kunnen een menswaardig bestaan opbouwen. De effecten gaan echter verder dan het eigen leven.

We willen ons werk graag voortzetten en uitbreiden
Om zo nog meer vrouwen en kinderen de kans te geven op een
Hoopvolle toekomst. Hiervoor is de financiële steun vanuit Nederland hard nodig!

In de komende maanden zullen onze lokale partners scholing
organiseren op het gebied van handwerken voor vrouwen/meisjes in India, met als doel hun creativiteit te stimuleren en hun sociale
vaardigheden te versterken. Ze krijgen een opleiding om kleding te
maken en te verkopen.
