I am a mother of 2, son 20 years old and daughter 16 years old. Widowed suddenly in 2021. I spend most of my time trying to maintain our home. I currently work only part time as a pharmacist doing fill in work for several independent pharmacies. I enjoy the flexibility but the finances aren’t as stable as I’d like. I enjoy cooking. I suppose that’s part of the reason I volunteer at the church as one of the cooks in rotation for our homeless ministry. I also volunteer with one of the churches nursing home ministries. That mostly stems from my desire to make people feel like they matter. I love spending time with my kids. I enjoy watching movies, crafting, and trivia (especially music trivia). My daughter and I have a yearly tradition of spending a week in our camper up at Mohican. I hope to be able to travel the country more as my kids become more independent.
