Having someone who loves us, checks on us, who knows where to press in on us, will help us overcome sin and grow in holiness. We ALL need to grow in holiness, starting with leaders. We are the example.

Leadership in the church is much about (1) serving others (2) it thrives from a place of sacrifice and selflessness (3) it is God-inspired. Leadership is not about position, privilege, or power; it is about SERVICE to others.
Acts 20:28 - “Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.”
