God is removing people and groups from our life. Not because they are bad people.. ( some times tho ) but mostly, He wants you to be where you will grow and keep growing. When a plant out grows its pot, the gardener will place it in another pot, and so on and on. It can not become root bound or it will stop growing and die. Because it needed to be planted in a bigger pot.
and one more time, P L E A S E becareful of who you are connecting to spiritually!!!!! It can look good, smell good, feel good, and be completly off.
Keep your eyes and ears open to His voice. Go, or stay , what ever Holy Spirit is telling you. He will never direct you in the way to walk this walk out.

It is all about surendering to Jesus. That is our walk on this earth. It is all about trusting Him.
Isaiah 40:27-31, : "Why do you say, O Jacob, and speak, O Israel: 'My way is hidden from the Lord, and my just claim is passed over by my God'? Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
If we wait on the Lord, we too can become in some way like eagles. We will have our strength renewed. Just as the eagle soars on high, we too can "mount up with wings like eagles", overcoming our problems through God's strength.

It is time, as leaders, to be transparent. For so long, many leaders have not been transparent.
It is crucial for building trust, fostering accountability, and ensuring healthy, effective leadership, without deception or misinformation.
Transparent leadership encourages leaders to be accountable for their actions and decisions, fostering of responsibility
Having someone who loves us, checks on us, who knows where to press in on us, will help us overcome sin and grow in holiness. We ALL need to grow in holiness, starting with leaders. We are the example.
Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2
We must tear away the mask of spiritual pretense. This takes wisdom, courage and a brutal honesty.
SERVANTHOOD - Mark 10:43-45 “But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Leadership in the church is much about (1) serving others (2) it thrives from a place of sacrifice and selflessness (3) it is God-inspired. Leadership is not about position, privilege, or power; it is about SERVICE to others.
Acts 20:28 - “Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.”

I know right now we have so much chaos going on in the USA. I know what I am looking at . Do you know what you are looking at? The bible playing out right before us. Matthew 24 playing out before our eyes. Right down to the crazy weather we are having all over. It is wide spread.
Matthew 24: 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Notice it says that he that shall ENDURE unto the end, the same shall be saved. We have to endure! NOT compromise and just go with the flow. We are to stand up and stand out. We are to show the LOVE of the FATHER to ALL... but do NOT compromise and agree with the world for they are in darkness and they need that LIGHT that YOU and I carry as a child of God!!
We have to keep getting our oil refilled!! IN other words, keep renewing or refreshing our connection with God's presence and power in our lives.

Speak His word. When a child of God Speaks His word, His word is activated. And it will return to Him filled, not void. It will do what it was sent to do. Know the Father in a deeper way and understand Who you belong too, What He has given you to do.

Be that salt, Be that Light. Do not be afraid to speak His word. As He has sent us to do so. Never mind the faces, Never mind the words of man!!! Keep Your focus on Him. We are not Kingdom workers to please man. We are Kingdom Workers because God has sent us out.

God is not playing and we have to stop PLAYING at the things of God. We must walk in our callings and our anointing's. We want to be the wise Stewart. The wise servant.

Matthew 24 44- 47 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

We need to be those, who are faithful while the master is away. He carries out his responsibilities. He will not only be ready when the master returns, he will also be rewarded.
Our Actions Reveal What We Truly Believe. Those who are obeying God will be rewarded, whereas those who disobey God (even if they say they belong to him) prove themselves to be unfaithful and hypocrites by their actions....it's better to know and obey.

91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

God is removing mans structure.... He is removing mans ways that have taken priority over His ways. Idols will come down.( those idols can be people, food, to much tv, what ever is consuming most of our time, unless it is God , it IS an idol ) All that will not stand is being shaken or removed. His ways MUST BE regarded or treated as more important. BECAUSE THEY ARE!!!!! Time for change in our life. Keep up!!!

These roles are (1) apostles, (2) prophets, (3) evangelists, (4) pastors, and (5) teachers. Each of these roles is important not just for the early church but for the body of Christ today to function properly.
Ephesians Chapter 4:11 "So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
The Fivefold Ministry of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers are purposed to build up the Body of Christ until the Body of Christ reaches unity of faith, knowledge, and is fully mature matching the fullness of Christ.
Each and every one of the 5 fold is needed today! It was never all about the Pastor. It is all of the 5 offices that Jesus SET UP why? For the unity of faith and knowledge and for the maturing of the body to Fullness of Jesus

Please be careful whom you connect with spiritually this season we are in. God is exposing things that are in the dark and things that some, feel are well hidden. Be aware of your Spiritual surroundings at all times. Listen for the Holy Spirit. We are in constant battle with the spiritual world throughout our existence on earth Ephesians 6:12 “12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” “watchful” (1 Peter 5:8) or “awake” (Mark 13:37) or “alert” (Acts 20:31) are terms writers frequently use to urge us not to neglect the significant danger surrounding us.
Leaders are suppose to be safe. Living the word out infront of us. And while some do, some do not, even tho they look real good. Sound real good, but, there may be an agenda there. Stay alert. And hold on to Jesus as His light starts to expose those things in the dark.

You know, and I have heard this before, the most over looked calling, and yes I am talking about a calling in the Spirit, is that of an intercessor prayer warrior.
Alot of Pastors do not know what to do with us. We know things we shouldent. But God wouldnt allow us to know if He didnt trust us.... trust us to pray it through.
There are levels of intercessions and you go from one level to the next. Trusted with more as you show yourself faithful.
If you are not filled with the Spirit of God, you will not understand what I mean by intercessor. We take things on. We war in the Spirit. And still keep on going because God has called us to be that watchman on the wall. We have to stand.
If you are an intercessor, Please keep your fellow intercessors in your prayers also. I keep getting tapped in my body ( as I call it ) I know others do also. We take a licking and keep on ticking... lol. We can not turn back now. We got to press forward. This is Kingdom Work. No backing down or stopping for us, just keep pressing in . Amen!!!?
7 Characteristics of an Intercessor
1. Intercessors see and hear things through God’s eyes.
Seeing things through God’s eyes is different than seeing the word with our eyes
Only when we are able to see the world and it’s situations as God sees them, can we get the burden for intercessory prayer (Neh 1:1-5)
2. Intercessors are broken men and women of God.
The things that we see through God’s eyes may break our hearts. What breaks God’s heart must break ours. Only then can true intercession begin.
God’s Prophets were all broken men. (Jer 8:21)
3. Intercessors do not use God for their own benefit when they pray. Instead, they allow God to use them.
Intercessors can become God’s channels of blessing to others. Abraham was called of God not only to be blessed but also to be a blessing.
4. Intercessors are marked by God (Eze 9: 1-5)
God takes note of Intercessors
Daniel was called ‘ greatly beloved’ by God, after he began interceding for his people.
The Angel put a mark on the foreheads of those who mourn for the land.
5. Intercessors are called to lead a disciplined and holy life.
God will not hear us when we hide unrepented sin in our lives.
6. Intercessors are great givers of their time and money.
Prayer and good deeds go together. (Isa. 37)
7. Intercessors can change the mind of God!
Moses changed God’s mind. (Ex 32:32, Ps 106:23)
If the nation intercedes with repentance, God will forgive the nation and heal the land. (2 Chr 7:14)
I for one am glad my Pastor understands! But then I have an awesome Pastor and First Lady!!

serventhood is based on love to Christ Jesus, NOT coercion, Not on ""I have a right~"
Jesus is the Son of God,Joh 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Creator of the world , Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Equal with God.Php 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
and yet He chose to be born in a stable, He spent His life not lording over kings, but reaching out to societys outcasts!!!
He made Himself of no reputation, Php 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
Php 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
He was living His own instruction to His diciples ( and that encluds us!)
Mar 9:35 And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
Notice that.... the same shall be LAST of all, AND servant of ALL.
Gods Kingdom work is not about our rights, It is about living as Jesus did, Not worrying about our own reputation. People will get mad at us for living and serving God. They are convicted as we live for Him. They will make up stories and lie on you. Jesus warned us of this.
Sure it hurts, but allow God to sort that out and just keep being His servant, His child, His friend!!!
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.Matthew 10:22
Keep going forword, Ears listening for His voice, Your focus on Jesus!!!
VICTORY IN JESUS!!!!

Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.” The Christian life is not a one-time event but a daily walk, step by step each day. When you are submitting moment by moment to the Holy Spirit, the flesh will not be in the driver’s seat. At times it is moment by moment. Telling that old flesh to just shut up and not acting upon it. We all mess up but lets not stay in that mess. Let us follow the lead of the Spirit. Repenting of anything that we need to repent of

Time to get off of that SOUL TRAIN== flesh.
Dump off the pride in every form it comes in.== self advancement , its all about self. No love involed there...
We talk about God getting ready to promote us. We... we got to make room for that.. and that means less of us, more of HIM. That means doing things GODS way, NOT our way. It means doing what Gods word says, its not an option... its not a 2nd choice... it is the ONLY choice. Ask Holy Spirit to show you where you need to get rid of some stuff in your life ( meaning what you allow in to your life)
