THE PILGRIMS GUIDE WEDNESDAY JULY 2, 2025 BEING WITH THE LORD JESUS A WORD FROM THE WORD: "The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus." Acts 4:13 NLT. There’s this high-spirited boldness that comes from being with the LORD Jesus. The disciples, especially Peter and John experienced; and displayed such boldness while being interrogated by the members of the Council at Jerusalem (Acts 4: 7-12), and it was amazingly clear to them that they (the disciples) had been with the LORD Jesus. When you spend time in God's Word and yield yourself to praying in the Spirit (if you are so gifted), there's bound to be spiritual shift that dissipated fear and gives rise to courage, and this is not about your perfection or having all it takes by virtue of your training. Being with the LORD Jesus transforms and emboldens you. PRAYER BULLETS: Loving LORD, thank You for the boldness of been with You. May this never be in vain in my life and ministry.
