MARKED BY HIS PRESENCE
A WORD FROM THE WORD:
"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus." Acts 4:13 NKJV
From the context of our foundational Scripture, we witnessed the extraordinary transformation of Peter and John, the two ordinary men, who in the company of the other disciples underwent a profound and life-changing transformation by simply being in the presence of the LORD Jesus. Their lives, marked by His presence, are one of the clearest examples of what would happen to you when you spend time with the Saviour, allowing His love, power and grace to permeate every aspect of your being.
When Peter and John showed up before the religious leaders, they were not extolled for their oratory or education. Conversely, they were considered uneducated and ordinary. Yet, to the surprise of all, they showed unshakeable courage, unwavering faith, and profound wisdom. The secret to their transformation was evident to all who observed them; 'And they realized that they had been with Jesus.'
The positive and life-changing impact of being with the LORD Jesus cannot be overemphasised. The LORD Jesus, our Saviour, has the power to transform your heart, mind and actions, and spending time in His presence allows you to experience His love, truth and power, shaping you into a vessel that mirrors His glorious image.
When you commit yourself to be with the LORD Jesus, you open the door for Him to work within you, molding and shaping you into the vessel to honour and glorify Him through His Spirit. The more time you spend in intimate fellowship with Him, the more you're transformed from an ordinary individual to an extraordinary bearer of His presence.

LORD Jesus, thank You for the privilege of Your presence. Help me to make spending time with You a priority, to listen to Your voice and completely surrender my life to Your will.
