THE PILGRIMS GUIDE THURSDAY JULY 24, 2025 ABIDING FOR A FRUITFUL LIFE A WORD FROM THE WORD: "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you." John 15:7 NKJV Remaining in the LORD Jesus is not limited to physical proximity. While it is undeniable that spending time in prayer, studying God's word, and participating in corporate worship are fundamental to deepening your relationship with Him, being with the LORD Jesus is a lifestyle choice that saturates every moment of your life. It involves surrendering your will to His, allowing Him to guide your thoughts, words and actions. As you choose to be with the LORD Jesus, your life becomes a living testimony of His indwelling Spirit and power. Others will observe the change within you and take note, just as they did with Peter and John (Acts 4:13). Your transformation becomes a testament to the reality of God's love, grace, and transformative power. Your life will draw others to Christ, compelling them to seek the One who can bring about such remarkable change. Today, I would like to invite you to recommit yourself to being with the LORD Jesus wholeheartedly. Spend intentional time in His presence, seeking His guidance, allowing Him to transform you from inside out. May your life be marked by the same courage, wisdom, and faith that astonished others in Peter and John. And may you constantly point others to the One who has the power to bring about true transformation, the LORD Jesus, your loving Saviour and LORD. PRAYER BULLETS: LORD Jesus, thank You for the privilege of being in Your presence. Transform me, so that others may see Your love, grace and power at work within me. May my life be a testimony that draws others to seek You and experience the transformative power of being with Jesus.
