On 9/11 God woke me at 4:27 and as I was worshipping Him, He told me to add up all the digits of 4:27 and it equals 13 of course. Then I realized where He was going.
There are 13 attributes of the mercy of God. It was very heavy on my heart that God is communicating MERCY, MERCY, MERCY to this nation so that we will respond to His MERCY with REPENTANCE.
